Big Box Storage

Delivery driver, Eric, was very courteous and did an awesome job

Made my move incredibly easy, and everyone that I communicated with including the driver was so kind and helpful. Also much more affordable than PODs.

Super easy process. Dan is the best. Professional and kind.

Big Box Storage is the best company I've had the pleasure to deal with to take care of my moving requirements.

They do business the old fashion way!

They made moving my things easy and I'd use them again in a heart beat.

There's no need to check out any other moving and storage company.

Just call them, you'll be happy you did!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable people and very kind with reasonable price. Thank you

They are always helpful. It is also nice having people that move the storage boxes that speak English.

Excellent experience. Was amazed at the ability to maneuver the fork lift into our driveway. Worked with us to get the perfect position and leave the drive open. Would use again!

Dan is one of the sweetest people here! So so helpful and understanding, great service and an amazing company. Thank you again Dan <3

I really appreciated all of Dan’s help with Big Box! He’s great!

Big Box Storage worked perfectly for my needs. Quick, convenient, and well-priced, I would definitely use them again. Don was amazing and helped us pack the box while waiting patiently for us to finish. Would definitely reccomend!!

Dan is the man!! I used Big Box for my dorm stuff. Perfect for any college student!

Super nice service. I would recommend for college students, super affordable. I had Dan he was amazing!

Excellent customer service! Jeremy in particular really helped me out and went out of his way to be awesome. Thank you guys.

I used them after calling around for quotes. We were having our floors done and they were hands down the best! They squeezed us in and had a box pod delivered to our driveway. Thank you Jazmine and whoever dropped off and picked. You guys are the Best!!!

Nice Very very nice customer Service

Highly recommend. Had a unit for 7 years while I lived in a high rise. Easy to get the box delivered to pack up and easy to get access to the box thereafter. Can schedule same day access if you call a few hours before they close. The auto pay feature is easy. Its temperature controlled and my belongings stayed in good condition. When I closed out Dan delivered my box to unload and was friendly, professional and helpful. Great experience, they make it easy!

I wouldn't pick any other place for my storage needs. Aside from doing what a storage facility does, the staff here are always so welcoming and helpful! Big shout out to Jeff for going above and beyond! The little things can make a big differences. Thanks Jeff!

Love it and customer Service is always very polite and understanding they answer all my questions in a very nicely matter

Needed a dependable trust-worthy way to store my belongings for an indefinite time with possible interim access. Not far into my research, found BIG BOX STORAGE. Bryan manages a clean, organized company and Jeremy handles office management just great. Office staff also professional hard working and shows high work ethics in a competitive field. Worked mostly with Morgan and Jasmine both these ladies are reliable and totally awesome! Check them out on-line or by phone to see if a match for your storage needs.

The best customer service and pricing around! Helped me out in a bind. What a great company !!! Thank you, Jeremy!

Every time I have needed to access my storage boxes, the staff has been beyond accommodating and kind. The best customer service by far. Thank you :)

Everyone is always extra helpful and extremely professional. Been using on and off for 9 yrs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with Big Box Storage. Our containers were delivered and picked up on time, there is no waiting to get through to customer service on the phone and the reps are extremely helpful. The pricing is excellent. I highly recommend Big Box Storage for anyone who is looking for an outstanding storage solution.

This facility is the best - employees always nice friendly and knowledgeable - I will recommend to everyone

Great customer service. Brian is great to work and deal with

The staff are very nice have used that company in the past and they're very good and reliable

Perfect place to park box trucks. Brian is the best manager.

DAN WAS AMAZING! Coming from college, it took me and my three girl friends over a half hour to pack our big box. Dan stayed and helped through it all. He was very patient and even helped us dismantle a shelf. I tried tipping him in the end and he refused, but I’m so glad we got such a great team member- will definitely be using big box again and requesting Dan!
