Easy and pleasant to deal with. We appreciated the flexibility to have extra boxes delivered in case we underestimated. The pricing was competitive. Prompt with deliveries and pick up. The drop off was scheduled for a time frame of 8am - Noon. It was delayed and I did not receive a call from anyone. I needed to leave by 12:30 so I called the office. They apologized and gave my account a credit for the delay. The driver called me shortly and I explained where I would like the boxes placed and how the doors would need to open. I advised him that my neighbor would be there if he had questions. I was put off by his response (a bit rude). However, I was pleasantly surprised that the two boxes were perfectly placed in my driveway when I arrived back home. The pick up was scheduled and this was a much better experience than the drop off. I scheduled for another box to be delivered and this time the customer service was excellent. Using Big Box was so easy! It simplified one aspect of our renovation, and was one less thing for us to stress over. I called for a storage pod and it was dropped 2 days later. When I was ready for pickup I simply called a few days in advance and they picked up without issue. We didn’t even need to be home.
