DAN WAS AMAZING! Coming from college, it took me and my three girl friends over a half hour to pack our big box. Dan stayed and helped through it all. He was very patient and even helped us dismantle a shelf. I tried tipping him in the end and he refused, but I’m so glad we got such a great team member- will definitely be using big box again and requesting Dan!

I truly had a great experience with Big Box Storage I ordered first box and I needed more they will VERY helpful with moving my pick up date and at the same time delivered 2 more boxes well again I made a mistake I only needed 1 MORE box so I called and they told me not to worry because they would pick it up and I would receive my money back for it and the padlock I also purchased. I can not say enough about the customer service the gentleman who brought boxes were very helpful. I definitely would recommend them to everyone I know definitely will use again

I LOVED my experience with Big Box Storage! First off, the website is super easy to navigate and has tons of info for every question that could come to mind! Then the scheduling was so easy online too! I live in an apartment complex and had additional questions so I called Big Box and their customer service is always so friendly and helpful! The day of my delivery, Dan was the driver and he made the in person experience just as wonderful! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and upon arrival even checked my covered carport to make sure there was enough room to safely dropoff/pickup the unit. Because of Dan, it was confirmed there wasn't enough space, so he happily walked with me to the visitor parking where I had placed my car just in case. He recommended which way to face the loading door, taught me how to properly close and lock the unit, and gave me...

Best storage price in town! Convenient delivery, and storage. Great employees! Went there today and experienced cheerful service from the check in desk to the guy handling the forklift. I wasn't sure where my unit was and the forklift guy actually stopped what he was doing, shut off the forklift and walked over to the location with me. Every experience to date has been positive from the phone service to the billing department. My wish is that all customer service was as excellent as I have received with this company.

After my mom passed away. Big Box was super helpful with gaining access to her boxes quickly and being accommodating. Jeremy worked with me both days had fantastic customer service.

Used this company while I was moving household furniture from my mother's house in San Diego, CA. It was nice to just pack the box and have them take the box back to their locationand store it. While I was visitig relatives in Diego this past week, I decided to drive to Big Box and empty out the my Box and drive the furniture back home to Arizona. Make sure to call two hours ahead of time. If I ever need this type of service again, I would definitely use them. It was a cost effective option and worked for me, for the amount of stuff I had, at the time.

Using big box was a great experience for me. They are great and punctual with your requests to get to your items. Originally I thought my stuff would get shifted around having them place boxes out to get to them but..... they are very careful and things were just as I left them . Reasonable prices and friendly staff as well .

Jeff totally saved my life when the lady at extra space storage was being difficult and not allowing the big box on facility. He didn't have to do it, but Jeff went the extra mile and convinced the lady to allow us in as well as he helped me load everything in my storage in 15 minutes. 10/10 definitely the best San Diego storage facility/long distance mover

So my last review of Big Box was not very complimentary to the company and rated it with 1 star because I was extremely disappointed in how my experience was faced with many bumps along the way.
After my origional post I received a personal phone call from Brian the company owner. The very first thing he did was apologize about my experience and the spent like 20 minutes without interruption allowing me to express how I felt. Nobody does that anymore. During the entire conversation he never cast dispersions about the way I could have handled it better, rather he accepted all of the blame where he clearly could have and possibly be right with some points. In the end, Brian treated me like a friend and never made excuses for anything. He mentioned that the Manager was still young and still learning. He gave me what I truly wanted, a synthetic and understanding ear to express...

I had the best experience with big box. First off....the best customer service. The most friendly people to work with. You can't beat the prices at big box either. Desomnd, the driver for my big box was so wonderful! We had a few hurdles with the parking and it was stressing me out, but Desmond was so professional and calm, I don't know what I wouldv're done without him!

The customer service at this company is something we baby boomers once experienced in the "olden days." Professional, super friendly, and they went out of their way to be accommodating. I can only say they were the absolute best at what they do. They made the difficulty of moving a breeze. Every person i had to deal with from driver, to customer service, to billing was phenomenal. Big Box Storage should be enormously proud of the people who work for them!

Really great service from their friendly team both at the office and when they deliver/remove your box. Also the best price in the area. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
