Excellent customer service which is rare these days!! Delivery and pick up was on time and hassle free and the boxes themselves worked perfectly.

Big Box was very professional and accommodating. When I needed the box back on short notice they were not able to schedule it. Happily they got back to me and were able to fit my delivery in!!

- delivery driver was very accommodating, happy to orient the boxes the way I wanted them for easier loading, while making sure the doors did not interfere with each other. He also made sure the boxes were level and stable by placing shims and spacers under foot as needed
- delivery and pickup were done on time
- communication with staff was straightforward. All commitments made over the phone regarding availability and pricing where honored 100%
- everyone was friendly, helpful and professional

My experience with Big Box was amazing! Their customer service is unmatched. After spending hours trying to deal with the service at other pod-based storage companies, working with Big Box was refreshing. They clearly know the San Diego area, can give you all the information you need to have confidence in their service, and their prices are the best in town. I also loved having the opportunity to visit my storage container and access my items in storage. Ben in sales was especially great to work with and was super easy to reach by phone and text to answer my many questions. I would definitely recommend Big Box to anyone I know that needs storage, and will definitely use them the next time I need!

Dan just dropped off my box and he was great. Showed me how to unlock/lock the door and as he was doing that he noticed a part was loose so he got his tool out and fixed it. A lot of people would probably just breeze by that but he didn’t. So far really happy with the Bog Box service and value. Not only was delivery and pick up free but they let me pick the lease duration. I was worried about my storage costs rising (storage facilities are well known for doing that) but they let me sign a 2 year lease which locks in my crazy low $75/month price. I also rescheduled my delivery time and their email support was quick and easy. Based on my experience so far I’d definitely recommend them.

Easy to schedule, fast and timely delivery and pick up and a good price. The drivers were awesome of getting it in and out of the tight space in my backayard.

This place makes storage simple, affordable and secure. Their drivers are always courteous and professional. My last drop-off driver (Dan) placed the box perfectly in the exact spot I'd requested.

A fantastic service! I called to get a quote and spoke with a live person almost immediately. Delivery of the box was quick and service was incredibly accommodating to placing the box on our property. I would absolutely recommend for additional storage options.

Big box was very helpful to be able to pack up your belongings at your own pace and once you’re ready to get them picked up you just schedule it. I filled up (3) from my old address and had them shipped to my new address unloaded them and they came and picked them all up. I would recommend them. Delivery driver was very helpful too…..A+++

Our experience with Big Box was great. Staff was very helpful answering questions we had before they were delivered, but the real star is Desmond, who delivered and picked up our boxes. His problem solving skills to make two boxes fit in our small alley space were incredible! He definitely deserves a raise.
