You all have been amazing to work with from start to finish during our adventure of selling our home and moving into our new one. We can’t thank you enough.

We were frantic on how to store our belongings while we had to move stuff within a day. Big Box came to rescue, made it easy, Emma, Ben and truck driver were a pleasure to work with, very professional.

Customer Service at Big Box Storage has been outstanding! I had filled a couple of pods after moving from a large house, and had them stored with Big Box for a long period. Just had them delivered to my home a couple of weeks ago, for me to empty, and Dan was the driver. He gave exceptional service; was on time, friendly, communicative. Service with a smile, for sure! In fact, every person I ever interacted with in the office was friendly and efficient. They also have great rates. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Big Box Storage. During my initial call, Ben was friendly and professional, and gave me good information and points to consider. I called back a few days later to arrange delivery and Emma was extremely helpful. She sorted out the delivery and documentation details in just a few minutes. And Desmond! On delivery day, he called about 20 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way, right in the middle of their projected delivery window. He worked with us on the ideal placement of the boxes and gave us useful tips on packing. And he’s a wizard with a forklift!

Great service. Dopped it off when they said they would and picked it up when they said they would.
We were not sure how long we were going to need it so they just charged us monthly and may it easy to pay.
Third time using them and will use them again

Overall very good. The one thing that disappointed me was that when my credit card was compromised, I was charged a late fee for late payment. I called to explain my case, but the representative would not budge on the late fee. I feel that was unfair.

Cheap for the size, quick delivery of containers, and careful placement of containers by Erick.

Big Box Storage was helpful, friendly and a great fit for our needs. They were reasonably priced (other companies I looked at were outrageously priced) and we could determine how many Big Boxes we needed for our move. This allowed us to not have too much or too little storage space. Customer service was helpful in scheduling drop off, pick up, drop off to our new home and pick up when we were done. Everything was done in a timely manner. The delivery drivers were great in working with us in placement of the boxes on our property so we could have access to the boxes, but keep them close together without damaging the lawn or anything else. We would definitely use them again when the need arises and recommend them to others!
