I had a great experience and the price of my storage container went up very little during the four years I had it. My only issue was the fact that my Redwood Burl table grew mold well in my storage unit, but I have gotten that taken care of now

Easy experience with renting! Ordered yesterday and it was delivered today. The delivery guy Dan had it in place quickly. Overall very simple process!

This review is well overdue, my apologies to Big Box! We used Big Box during the renovation of our store in Oct 2025. We needed to clear out as much merchandise and inventory as possible but still be open for business to serve our customers. Big Box dropped off the box unit and picked it up, then delivered it to their yard for storage. During the storage, I had convenient access to our unit - just needed to call 2 hrs. ahead. I used them for about 5-6 months. When I showed up to retrieve our inventory and close the account, an employee saw me struggling with a few items and lent a helping hand. Every interaction with all the employees was 5-star, whether it be over the phone or in person. Services are reasonably priced. I would use them again and come highly recommended.

I thank GOD for the big box driver, that picked up my boxes. Have a blessed day wish I could give 10 stars.

Moving items into storage can be stressful, whether you are just storing things temporarily in your driveway, or moving across town, or moving across the country. I have been using this Big Box storage company for years and have used many Big Box portable storage units for all sorts of projects, including shipping things across the country. I have ordered many of them over the years, and left them in my driveway for many, many months and never had a problem with any critters getting in the boxes, while they sat in my driveway.
It’s also so convenient to have the company come and pick up the storage containers and store them in their warehouse. I have never had any issues with mice or rats or bugs or anything getting into the storage units. All of the employees are exceptional, especially Dan, who takes great care in delivering and placing the boxes where you want them placed,...

Big Box was a home run!

Big box did a fantastic job of working around my schedule which was extremely hectic as our move-in date went from one month to 3 months. They were extremely accommodating in me changing things around multiple times. Pricing was fair, my forklift driver Eric was amazing. All in all a good experience.

Big Box made it easy to store our household goods during a recent house sale that required “thinning out” some furniture and belongings for an open house, separating items out for our kids and prepping for the overall intrastate move. It was super convenient to schedule our box to be delivered to get some items and then have it taken back again until we were ready for the big move. Scheduling was a snap and the drivers were awesome, friendly and personable. This was so much easier and more affordable than renting a van and dealing with a storage unit. Highly recommended.

Dan was the driver who delivered my Big Box, and he was absolutely amazing! I was handling my move entirely on my own, and Dan was incredibly respectful, helpful, and made the entire experience so much better.

Dan even noticed me struggling with some larger and heavier items and offered to assist out of the kindness of his heart. He truly made my move much easier. I would highly recommend Big Box Storage to anyone, it is such an easy and convenient service.

My storage needs went flawlessly from pick up to delivery 5 years later. Also, hen I needed to retrieve somethings earlierit was simple. Would highly recommend.
