Diana of Benson appraisals responded quickly to our request for an appraisal. I live 2,500 miles from the property needing appraisal. I had to rely on a friend and my friend ‘s availability to open the home. Diana accommodated us by doing the appraisal on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. The full appraisal report for both current value and value at time of death arrived 3 days later. Very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend this agency for any appraisal work needed.
