I bought 2 Power Star 30L-BS-HD batteries in Aug 2017 one for my Ultra one for my Roadking. When I put them in one seemed a little weak but it always fired the bike so I road it. This summer it died and wouldn't hold a charge. It has a 3 year warranty so I called BigTime and spoke to Donnie. He was super friendly and got me a new one out in 3 days at no charge. This one seems really strong and good voltage. I'm still using the second one from Aug 2017 maybe it will make it thru the warranty maybe not but I see a few bad reviews on this company about service. I never had that experience they were super nice and fast. I feel confident these guys will stand behind their products.

Received s-9 wireless headphones and this pair only works in the left ear, called their office and the woman I spoke with was very efficient and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement order. She also let me know a replacement would be mailed out same day.

Ordered the battery Sunday night, here it is on Wednesday. Very fast shipping and very reasonable prices. I ordered an item on eBay 2 days earlier and still waiting on it. Will use them again.

They have batteries for everything, but the replacement for my motorcycle did not work as size was off enough it would not fit but they took care of it and refunded.

I was on a trip to our office in the area and I had a batter die in our backup power supply. They had the battery I needed in stock. So I didn't have to wait 2 days for a replacement to show and make a 4 hour trip back to the office once it showed up. The APC brand batters were almost $100 dollars more expensive too. They saved me a lot of time and money.
