I just want to drop a little support for a local business that has a national presence.

I found them over the summer when I needed batteries for my electric wheelchair. They had great prices and I found out that sell on Amazon as well as over the website and phone. I was very happy with the 2 year warranty when most places only offer 1 year.

At this point I was happy that they provided a good product at a great price.

Fast forward to this month. My wheelchair started acting like the batteries were dead and the charger was acting like they were fully charged.

I contacted them and they said to bring the batteries in so they can test them. I had a friend take the batteries over. They called me and told me that apparently I was using the charger wrong! Who knew that my 2 electric wheelchairs' batteries needed to be charged...

Had issue with an Optima H6 battery but after a couple of misunderstandings they ultimately made good on it and gave me a new battery! Thank you again Donny!

Someone ordered a battery on my acct then had it shipped to my address but had a different phone # on the box finally after a month I got through to Shannon and she sent me a return label so I could send it back because I have no use for a $273.00 battery when I could have got one at Walmart where I work and use my discount, they returned 152.00 said the rest was for shipping huh I was never told that,I have to pay 120.00 for something I never ordered,and for shipping,when the packing slip in the box said shipping 17.99,so for them to send it to me is 17.99,but for me to send to them 120.00 RIP OFFS

Anyone can look good when things are going good. I ordered a battery (not the first time) from this company and it failed after a short time. That happens. When I contacted BatteryJack about this, they could not have been more helpful! I received my replacement battery today. I was very hesistant to order a big heavy battery online. Last time I went to Pep Boys for an Optima battery for my sump pump. They sold me a 2 year old battery and, when I complained, told me to call the stores in the area and find a newer one myself. This time I decided to give Big Time Battery a chance. They sent new stock, double packed using two boxes and I received the battery in 2 days from Fedex. I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you Big Time Battery!

Ordered 8 batteries & received quickly & at the best price!

I've so far had 3 great experiences with the service and products of BigTime Battery & Electronics. I've Purchased 2 Banshee Lithium Batteries and there great and have had no problems to this day and there about a year old now. Installed 1 in a HD touring bike and 1 in a HD Dyna. Was getting ready to order another for an 07 Touring and they said discontinued/out of stock, however the awesome staff of Donny and Amanda replied back to my email very quickly to tell me that they are just waiting for stock to arrive and that there not discontinued. You can believe I'll be ordering another when they become available.

I ordered a battery in 2018, and the price of the battery was the cheapest, including shipping. In 2019, the battery started to malfunction, and I called their toll-free number for help. They helped me by providing a discounted label through their shipping provider, and replaced the battery with no problems.

I would definitely recommend them in the future for their low prices and their US based customer service.

Ordered a new M28 replacement battery and received it in a timely manner. It was just what my Milwaukee tools needed to bring them back to life. Hopefully it will last for a while. Definitely a bargain compared to the OEM batteries.
