I’ve bought batteries here ever since I’ve known about them (probably 25 years so). Reviews were always great. This time, I had some doubts, as a Battery I ordered not long ago could not be fully charged and had to be returned, and the reviews seemed to have slipped. The only reason I can think, is that people are a lot more ready to leave a bad review than a good one. That’s too bad because almost every experience I have had with them has been great. Good value; fast shipping times; a better Warranty than most; and the Warranty is hardly ever needed in my experience. I will continue to use BatteryJackInc, in spite of the goofy ratings.

The representative I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also received a callback from another representative explaining how and when the batteries would arrive. They arrived on the date they stated and they were securely strapped to a pallet and fully wrapped with heavy multi layers of plastic wrap. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase batteries and save money.

Got two sets from you first order was like 900 bucks from some one else second order was from you and they were the exact same and yours were less by about 400 bucks so will never go to the other place but have had no problems with your product and seem to hold charge for quite a while. Will recommend you to others at campground.
