Overall, I am very pleased with the service and product. I ordered a replacement battery for an electric lawnmower. It was as advertised. It works well with the machine, even though it is a different brand. I removed one star for failure to follow up as stated in the confirmation email - "Usually within one business day/24 hours". After six days, I reached out by email and received a response the next business day, and standard delivery 5 days later.

Upgraded two APC UPSs from Sealed Lead Acid (SLA, original APC branded) batteries to lithium
APC Back-UPS ES 550
APC Back-UPS XS 1500 LCD
They both charged right up and are maintaining 100% charge levels.
Testing improved over the, admittedly old, APC SLA batteries, runtimes on battery are much improved. Works flawlessly!
