Basement Builders is the way to go! You would not find a better team to finish your basement. I contracted them 2 years ago to finish my walkout basement which they did and it was awesome. They are organized, punctual, and most importantly honest. Their work ethics and quality are amazing. Anyone who saw my basement was impressed with the quality of work. Hands down a blessing to have found Mat, Ben and Chris at Basement Builders! Professional as well as fun to work with - they made every step painless and enjoyable. Mathew and Ben were extremely professional and courteous of our space. All the people on the team make sure that the space is clean at all times. We had a time line given of 6-8 weeks for completion and it was completed in 7. The basement builders took on my project that alot of people walked away from as it was too much of the "unknown" when ripping it apart. My home was built in 1972 and only partially developed.
The basement builders quoted me at a fair price, promising no issues.
Which is 100% true! If you want a company that gives you a headache free reno, this is the company for you! Every issue they ran into, was fixed without hesitation. Matt and Ben are quick to answer your questions day or night. All there contractors were very respectful of my home and with the noise considering I have 2 dogs a cat and a partner that works nights. I'm very happy with Basement Builders and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my home.

Found these guys online and did my homework, they had some great testimonials, after a quick phone we setup a meeting at my place. My biggest concern with these kind of projects is what the actual price is going to be compared to the price on the website.

To my surprise the price online ($26,900 with a bathroom) was the price! All we did at the meeting was discuss the floorplan layout, colours, finishings and scheduled the job.

Matt and Ben were very knowledgable and have a great understanding of current construction codes, they were in constant contact throughout the project and kept the place very clean. I would easily recommend these guys to anyone!! Read more >
