I had the best experience at this beautiful Med Spa!! I went in for a Botox consultation, a facial and massage in hopes to help my chronic migraine issues and acne. My provider Brittany, Jenifer and Melisa all provided excellent information and educated me on how I could benefit from multiple different services in order to manage my pain and Skin. They listened and cared for me and I could not be happier with my results and the education they provided for me. I will be coming back for all future services! I’m excited to start my health journey with these beautiful women and environments.

Beautiful spa with lots of services including not so common Japanese/Korean head spa and korean body scrub! Professionals provide great product knowledge and recommendations.

I’ve been a client of Brittney’s for years, and she never fails to deliver amazing results. She has an incredible ability to customize different techniques to suit each person’s face/skin, and her years of experience truly show in her work.

I recently had Sculptra and it helped balance my face and even makes it look healthier, more vibrant. I added a Diamond Glow facial, a little Botox, a B12 injection and felt like a new person when I left!

I’ve decided to do this review because this is the real deal. I came in for the first time feeling old, discouraged and emotional at 50 yrs old. I was greeted by the young lady in the front office very sweet and very helpful. I needed guidance to what treatment to get for my face. The young lady set me up with the injector Brittney. She said that Brittney was very knowledgeable and she would guide me to what treatment would be best for me. . I was a little skeptical since there are so many places out there that promise you the world and do nothing but take your money. I’m excited to say that this place is a little piece of heaven. Brittney was so understanding into what I was asking for she set me up with the dysport treatment. I had the 11s very pronounced on my forehead, and my eyebrows were looking sad and droopy. I had such an amazing experience at Banyan and Bamboo Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The spa environment is modern and chic, with an element of coziness and warmth.

Dee is truly incredible at what she does. I booked a 50-minute massage with her, and it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic massages I’ve ever had. She was attentive to exactly what my body needed and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. Afterward, I also had a Diamond Glow facial with her, which left my skin feeling so fresh, clean, and radiant. She explained the process step by step, and I could immediately see and feel the difference in my skin.

I also tried the red light therapy during my visit, which was such a calming and unique experience — I left feeling recharged and glowing inside and out!

I go to Jennifer for facials and she is amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about skin care and has helped me figure out which treatments my skin needs and when. Jennifer makes me feel comfortable and relaxed even during extractions.

I have great deep tissue massages with Sulema and Jackson. I have issues with my upper back and neck, and massage helps with managing my pain and gives me mobility. I'll be back as always! I highly recommend Banyan and Bamboo and have been here for lash extensions with Summer, and facials with Jennifer. I've also gotten medspa treatments with Gabby and am happy with the results. Everyone here is great and provide exceptional service.

Such a wonderful first time experience with this med spa! Lindsey at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Jen was phenomenal in all of her skincare knowledge, evaluation of my face before our facial, recommendations, and care throughout the service. Highly recommend for quality, cleanliness, professionalism and overall personality! I will definitely be going back.
