Britt was so easy breezy to work with! You can tell she knows her stuff because the appointment went flawlessly. I was in and out quick, even at my first appointment - which I had a quick chat with a medical professional to verify the treatments I got/may get - I felt like it was a nice step, one that I hadn’t had before! The front desk was so nice and the whole thing was just an easy, laid back experience! Will for sure be back!

I had a massage by Garret. He was very precessional, listened and communicated well what his treatment plan was for me. Checked in with me just the right amount really did a great job.

Absolutely love this place! They have new owners but they are still a great spa offering even more services than before!! I went in for a sore knee due to a tight hamstring, I was in pain walking and bending the leg. After a 50min massage with Garrett I felt like a brand new woman!! I’m going to book again soon when I’m not working so much and this time I will opt for the 80min!! Highly recommended!!

With so many years of experience with dysport/ botox injections, she easily answered any questions I'd had from past injections & calmed any fears I may have had about undesired outcome. She was quick, yet precise and very friendly and relatable. I encourage any and all to request her!

I got a prenatal massage with Sulema and it was truly one of THE best massages I have had. The entire staff is so welcoming and the space is beautiful! Definitely found my new day spa.

A super cozy atmosphere, you wouldn't want to leave. Great service and the receptionist was very friendly; despite my bad English, we understood each other very well, and the girl who helped me was also very nice. Very good price.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment and the staff were kind and accommodating to find the right day and time. It was our first time visiting, and immediately walking in its very cozy. They had snacks and an assortment of drinks. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The second lounge was peaceful and comfortable. Scarlet provided our services and she was communicative and very personable. It was a calming, soothing experience and she even braided my hair after that was a nice touch! She was professional but also down to earth and made us super comfortable! We recomend her!

This is the most amazing place I’ve been for treatments. I just recently moved to Austin and I know I’ve found my med spa. Everyone is so kind, there’s no pressure, and they’re all so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I called while my husband and I had the day off desperately hoping the could squeeze us in. After a day of intense walking we were both extremely thankful for the strings they pulled to accommodate us! When I arrived at the location, I was a little bit skeptical as it is located in a strip mall, next to Jersey Mike's. I admit, I looked at reviews very quickly in the car and saw that there were so many great things said about this place and the services they provide. Once I walked inside, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The front desk person was cheerful, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My injector, Brittney, came to get me and as I moved through the treatment areas, it was like I was transported to a deluxe spa. The quiet space is welcoming, and relaxing. Brittney took me for my consultation and I appreciated her input on treatments that I had questions about. There were treatments she encouraged me to do and others that she said I really didn't need. Honesty and no trying to upsell me as a woman over 50, was something that I really appreciated. That in itself...

I followed Brittany Cantu here and was very impressed! I will never let anyone else touch my face besides Britt and I love her new place. From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything was seamless and incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure the space was spotless and discreet, which made me feel completely at ease during my face treatment. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back to Banyan & Bamboo Day Spa Med Spa.
