The Med Spa itself is lovely and modern, and the front desk person was very friendly upon my arrival and got me checked in promptly. I was seen on time, and Britt could not have been more awesome. She definitely has the demeanor and professionalism of a well-seasoned injector, and she took time to listen to my exact concerns about specific areas of my face. Before administering my Dysport, she recommended the most appropriate treatments for addressing the hollowing/circles under my eyes, and I will be following up on those suggestions in the near future. Her expert placement of Dysport for treating my forehead, glabella, and brows was complete in minutes, and I can state two weeks post-treatment that I am extremely pleased with the results. Excellent experience! I booked the couples massage for me and my girlfriend, Lyndsey at the front desk and team made our visit so comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to understand any aches or pain you're having so that they can really help you instead of one size fits-all approach, which I really appreciate. The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and the overall experience felt comfortable.

As a first-time Botox client, I do wish numbing cream had been offered to make the experience more comfortable. I also would have appreciated more guidance during the consultation on what would best suit my features, rather than mostly going based on what I initially requested.

It would also be helpful to clearly go over the number of units and total pricing during the consultation. I had to ask afterward how many units I received, and having that explained upfront would have made me feel more informed.

Lastly, clearer communication around touch-ups or adjustments within the two-week window (especially if additional units are needed) would make the experience even...

I got the Advanced Dermaplane Facial and my esthetician, Ashley, was exceptionally excellent. She’s very detailed, listens to what you want to accomplish/achieve with your skin and gives knowledgeable recommendations.
I was especially impressed with her facial massage which left me looking noticeably depuffed and lifted.

I had a fantastic massage with Garrett! He listened and really focused on my target areas while still giving me a full body experience. He can do a true deep tissue and is very knowledgeable on anatomy with well-practiced techniques for getting those knots out. The space is welcoming, chill, and professional. I don’t write reviews often but wanted to spread the word— already recommended Banyan & Bamboo to two other friends.

I had such a wonderful massage yesterday! exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience feel comfortable right away.

Had the pleasure of having Garrett as my massage therapist, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very intentional in his approach and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand where I needed the most attention. The massage was perfectly balanced and targeted tension while still being deeply relaxing.

You can tell there’s a genuine level of care and professionalism here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience!

I absolutely love this place! It is in a strip mall, which some may look over, but let me tell you, you’re making a huge mistake if you look it over. I really mean it! The lobby is serene and beautiful. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. The aesthetician that I see, I have followed her to all of her spas for 15 years, is Brittney Cantu, and everyone she has been the leader and the trainer in that department. She has nothing short of stellar, honest, talented, and an expert at her craft. Lastly, I love it because this Spa offers specials regularly, and you can learn about him via text, which for me is very helpful. Thank you so much everybody! Keep up the great work!

Every single time I see Britt I’m thrilled with my results, specifically the collagen-building from Sculptra under my eyes and the subtle lift from her Dysport brow lift. She focuses on structure and support rather than just 'filling,' leading to a very natural, youthful look. With microneedling, peels, lasers, and all aspects of skin analysis, diagnosis and treatment plans she is one of a kind, while also being efficient, gentle, and incredibly mindful of your personal budget. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Austin with my face!

I had such an amazing experience here!!! I called last minute on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in same day for a facial and head spa experience. It was just what I needed after a crazy work week with a lot of travel. Lindsay at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating and my facial with Sami was the best I’ve ever had in Austin.
