The best my face has ever looked! Almost 41!

I had such a wonderful massage yesterday! exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience feel comfortable right away.

Had the pleasure of having Garrett as my massage therapist, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very intentional in his approach and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand where I needed the most attention. The massage was perfectly balanced and targeted tension while still being deeply relaxing.

You can tell there’s a genuine level of care and professionalism here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience!

I absolutely love this place! It is in a strip mall, which some may look over, but let me tell you, you’re making a huge mistake if you look it over. I really mean it! The lobby is serene and beautiful. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. The aesthetician that I see, I have followed her to all of her spas for 15 years, is Brittney Cantu, and everyone she has been the leader and the trainer in that department. She has nothing short of stellar, honest, talented, and an expert at her craft. Lastly, I love it because this Spa offers specials regularly, and you can learn about him via text, which for me is very helpful. Thank you so much everybody! Keep up the great work!

Britt is one of the rare providers who is as much an educator as she is an artist. She takes the guesswork out of cosmetic injectables by explaining the anatomy and the science behind her choices. She's been a fixture in Austin for so long, she is truly an OG at Banyan & Bamboo.

Every single time I see Britt I’m thrilled with my results, specifically the collagen-building from Sculptra under my eyes and the subtle lift from her Dysport brow lift. She focuses on structure and support rather than just 'filling,' leading to a very natural, youthful look. With microneedling, peels, lasers, and all aspects of skin analysis, diagnosis and treatment plans she is one of a kind, while also being efficient, gentle, and incredibly mindful of your personal budget. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Austin with my face!

I had such an amazing experience here!!! I called last minute on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in same day for a facial and head spa experience. It was just what I needed after a crazy work week with a lot of travel. Lindsay at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating and my facial with Sami was the best I’ve ever had in Austin. I will definitely be back.

Britt was so easy breezy to work with! You can tell she knows her stuff because the appointment went flawlessly. I was in and out quick, even at my first appointment - which I had a quick chat with a medical professional to verify the treatments I got/may get - I felt like it was a nice step, one that I hadn’t had before! The front desk was so nice and the whole thing was just an easy, laid back experience! Will for sure be back!

I had a massage by Garret. He was very precessional, listened and communicated well what his treatment plan was for me. Checked in with me just the right amount really did a great job.

Absolutely love this place! They have new owners but they are still a great spa offering even more services than before!! I went in for a sore knee due to a tight hamstring, I was in pain walking and bending the leg. After a 50min massage with Garrett I felt like a brand new woman!! I’m going to book again soon when I’m not working so much and this time I will opt for the 80min!! Highly recommended!!

A super cozy atmosphere, you wouldn't want to leave. Great service and the receptionist was very friendly; despite my bad English, we understood each other very well, and the girl who helped me was also very nice. Very good price.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment and the staff were kind and accommodating to find the right day and time. It was our first time visiting, and immediately walking in its very cozy. They had snacks and an assortment of drinks. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The second lounge was peaceful and comfortable. Scarlet provided our services and she was communicative and very personable. It was a calming, soothing experience and she even braided my hair after that was a nice touch! She was professional but also down to earth and made us super comfortable! We recomend her!
