Very good service, as always. I am a 27 year customer and I could not be more pleased. They are on time, efficient, and very helpful in predicting when I will need service again.

Just seems very disappointing that Ball Sepric only offers a 3% Militar Discount. That is just insulting to individuals who have risked their lives to uphold American safety and rights. Shameful.

The service was scheduled between 9:00 am and noon and didn't arrive until 12:35 PM. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Danial did an excellent job and answered all of my questions.
