Great work , on time and in a timely manner we were approaching a deadline

Scheduling was easy. The woman who set us up on the schedule was pleasant . The person showed up in the window of time. All in all a good experience, the only thing that would have made it better is to have be provided an estimate in advance of the service.

Our plumbing wasn’t draining well, and we got Ball to come the next day. Daniel came on time, pumped the tank quickly, checked the tank and suggested how to better maintain the system. Totally professional and courteous.

They are prompt, reliable, courteous and professional. What more can you ask from Any company! I highly recommend Ball Septic Service.

The service was scheduled between 9:00 am and noon and didn't arrive until 12:35 PM. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Danial did an excellent job and answered all of my questions.
