Scheduling was easy. The woman who set us up on the schedule was pleasant . The person showed up in the window of time. All in all a good experience, the only thing that would have made it better is to have be provided an estimate in advance of the service.

Our plumbing wasn’t draining well, and we got Ball to come the next day. Daniel came on time, pumped the tank quickly, checked the tank and suggested how to better maintain the system. Totally professional and courteous.

Ball Septic was great! They serviced our 1K gallon tank for a fair price and got me on the schedule much quicker than I expected. Great communication too - Courtney was wonderful. We will definitely be going back to them for any future septic servicing.
