Just seems very disappointing that Ball Sepric only offers a 3% Militar Discount. That is just insulting to individuals who have risked their lives to uphold American safety and rights. Shameful.

The service was scheduled between 9:00 am and noon and didn't arrive until 12:35 PM. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Danial did an excellent job and answered all of my questions.

They came on the day that they said and arrived on time. The only reason for four stars it’s really hard to get a hold of them on the phone and they don’t always call you back right away but once your appointment is set, they’re all here and on time.
