My experience with this company was exclusively through Dustin. I have never in my 46 years of living received better customer service. Dustin, was able to get me an engine for my car and my car has never run better... If this company is a reflection of this man— than this company is incredibly awesome! I can state with out equivocation that They / Dustin took amazing care of me through a long drawn out ordeal where I was with out my car for 2 months... This dude fought my battles and weighed my circumstances on the scale of what was fair and right in away that has restored my faith in a business that lives their stated values... I could not recommend this company more highly. They have proven to be the BEST! 🙏 😊

I called the claims department for trouble with my transmission and they got me in contact with Dustin. He read my policy to me and explained my benefits. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars. It also was a great relief having him walk me through everything as warranties can very be complicated. I told him my reluctance to take it to the dealer. I have done that before and did not want to be without a vehicle for days until they could fit me in to diagnose my issues. He said to give him twenty minutes and he would call me right back. He told me to drive down to a shop call Cody’s in ogden and they would check out me vehicle. He had it all arranged for me to get right in. They were fantastic to work with and it turned out to be something very simple. Can’t thank Dustin enough! Saved me time and money that day. I highly recommend this company!!!

I just bought a 2020 Dodge Ram, within 2 weeks I noticed the headlights on the driver side was not working. I called first secure administrator for the first time and my saving grace answered the phone and took care of the issue right away. So grateful for the help and support from Dustin at first secure admin. He help us out a lot throughout the whole process of getting my headlight fixed. Thank You Dustin!!!

These guys are THE best. I bought a used car that ended up having a lot of problems, in total about $4000 worth of repairs in just 3 months. 1st Secured has been so amazing to work with, especially their claims manager Dustin. They really go to bat for their customers and I will never shop for a car warranty as I will always go with these guys!

After filing a claim using my extended warranty, I found the staff to very prompt in responding to my concerns and suggesting an appropriate repair shop. Everything went very smoothly and the claim was honored as we had hoped. I would definitely recommend this company for extended warranty coverage.

So i bought a 2008 honda van and it had after market warrenty thank god but a month latter it wouldt go in to reverse so i contaked the delership i bought it from and of corse it was as is so nothing they could do but it had some type of after market warrenty so i called the loan company (capitlone) they said contact 1stcsecured and my first thught was oh no not one of these so i called and took it to one of there recomended Mechanics and they said trans so they put a new one in and still wasent working payed 349$ so they sent it to honda who then fixed it but wanted 900 from me and after 1st secured payed the other machanics 1800 plus my 342 and now i got to pay 900 more well thanks to dusty at first secure i only had to pay the bare minimum xuse he went out of his way to call the first shop and tell them hell no your paying his bill u didt fix the problem u was payed to fix and he...

Dustin was amazing. They absolutely took care of me when I was in a really sticky situation with a dealer who just wanted to throw parts at my vehicle instead of listening to me and my dad as to what was actually happening. They covered me when I feel most warranty companies would have tried to get out of it. I will be calling them again for another warranty with another car. Thanks again Dustin you guys rock!

Dustin the manager was very helpful. Our car had a problem on a Saturday and they are close. We looked for a phone number to call during emergency but there is none. We called their office number a few times, and Dustin called us to assist us with our problem. Things are now good!

I signed a contract through dealership for an F150 which due to a misunderstanding with the service manager I was under the impression I could cancel anytime . Keep in mind 1st secured was not a fault. I later requested a cancellation in policy due to the misunderstanding and 1st Secured was very understanding and was able to accommodate me with a full cancellation ..
