Autto is literally the warranty company to end all warranty companies. I’m serious. These guys have had my back for nearly two years now, always going above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Dustin, the director of underwriting himself has personally resolved many things for me as well from negotiating with Technicians and Body Shops to getting reimbursements in a timely manner. I recommend Autto to everyone out there. They don’t make you wait. EVER. Send them an email and they respond rapidly to resolve any warranty or maintenance needs. They’ve made themselves a customer for life.

I purchased a used truck along with a service contract from Autto. The Autto service contract gave me some confidence in buying the used vehicle if anything big were to go wrong.
In the two years I've owned the truck, I've had to have two major repairs complete. Both times I submitted claims through Autto and they were absolutely incredible to help me in getting my truck repaired. Not only was it great to have the service contract help cover costs, but the Autto team helped me find the best shop to complete the repairs for reasonable prices.
Both experiences were immediately relieving to me in frustrating situations. I went from being apprehensive in "is buying the Autto service agreement with the truck worth it", to "I'm so glad I did and their team is excellent".

The dealer we took our car to submitted a claim to Autto and originally they denied the claim. After a few phone calls and some clarifying information, Marissa was able to help get a portion covered. Marissa, and Autto did a great job working through this issue with me, and took time to actually understand my concerns/point of view.

AUTTO is testament to the theory that one person's vision and integrity matter, particularly in an industry fraught with the lack of such. I will likely buy a branded titled vehicle again, as long as I can get a premium warranty via AUTTO.

My story: So I bought a '22 Ford F-150 HYBRID pickup truck (Powerboost) 15 months ago, with a 6.5 foot bed, and a higher than typical payload capacity... a Unicorn. I found it in Salt Lake City from a dealer focused exclusively on branded (salvage) titles, so the Ford warranty was voided. After flying to SLC from CA and silly-long hours of due diligence with the F&I guy (I have a commercial lending background, and had an understanding of the "indirect auto lending" business), I bought the truck and the strongest warranty offered by AUTTO.

Autto has been an amazing help to me many times. I’ve had trouble keeping the ball rolling with some places, but Dustin is an amazing employee and is always available. Working with Dustin has been quick and easy, and he is always very kind, polite and professional! With my last two claims all it took was ONE call to Dustin and I didn’t have to worry about it anymore! I am very impressed with Dustin and Autto!

I’ve had the pleasure of talking to a few people from autto and am very pleased with their communication, integrity, and promptness with approving work. However, I highly recommend everyone looks through the fine print. Dealer sold me this warranty and said If anything were to happen to the drivetrain of my truck this warranty would cover the entirety of the work needed with the exception of the $100 deductible. When time came to use the warranty I realized the dealer wasn’t truthful and sold me the lower package that has a max payout of 2500 dollars. It was disappointing discovering I would still owe so much on my repairs.autto did everything they could to help me out with this even though they had already upheld their end of the bargain, which speaks largely on the quality and integrity of this company and their people.

I have worked with Autto as the owner of a local auto shop and while my initial impressions were not positive, Autto has gone out of their way to contact me to try and make things right. In my original review, I stated that Autto had originally approved a list of items and then later declined many of those already approved items. I had tried to get answers as to why this happened, but I was not able to get a hold of anyone that knew why. Unfortunately it took leaving a very negative Google review to get someone to contact me who was able to answer my questions. After I was contacted, I was finally able to get my questions answered and the customer taken care of, with their car repaired and safely driving down the road. The representative from Autto told me that they would work to improve communication within the company and to make sure that a mess, like the one I was in with them,...

It would've been 5-Stars if they can speed up the Claim process. Usually it is a day but sometimes Claims can take up to 3 days and your car is just sitting in shop waiting for approval.

Besides that, I am glad I had bought the extended warranty for my 2016 MiniVan.
Within a month of buying engine cooler was acting up then engine starter went out and now gearbox issues.. Autto paid most of the expenses and have saved me at-least 2000$ on repair costs.

If you are buying a used car, consider buying an extended warranty.. it will definitely save your wallet.

Updating my review; Strongly recommend you read through the contract. The contract is pretty clearly written. If your sales rep was like mine, they did not quite fully explain to me what the contract does and does not cover (Not Autto's fault). They cover a lot of parts on the car, but each part that they cover is part of a "system" and each entire system has a max payout. I got roped into thinking that each part that they covered had a deductable (mine was $100) and that was it. Each SYSTEM has a deductable as well as a max pay-out, for the entire length of the warranty.

Updating to 4 starts from 1 star because I received a call with an understanding of my situation and a way to help ease the repair bill. I feel their max out of pocket is still too small to actually cover the most repairs. In todays market, it just helps reduce what you will pay.
