Every warranty I've ever had and currently have on other vehicles, they fully take care of everything. I took my truck to the dealer and the warranty company (Autto) says the dealer is too expensive and they recommend to take it to another shop. The shop they recommended was in the middle of the freaking ghetto. And I'm supposed to take my damn near $100,000 truck to the ghetto? Even with that the ghetto shop is still just as expensive and I still have to pay out of pocket. This is the worst warranty I've ever had in the 20 years of having vehicle warranties.
You read all these nice reviews how nice the agent was that helped them and guided them. My agent can't even call me, has never called me, and it took three emails for me to even get an answer from him on trying to understand the logistics. Come to find out I have the platinum best of the best coverage with them and it's been a 1 star experience all the way around. Worst warranty company by far, nevermind the "fine print contracts", overall this is a poor service with poor customer service and $115 an hr coverage is a joke in this economy. Even the ghetto mom n pop shops are way more expensive than that. Be prepared to pay out of pocket!!
Meanwhile, my other warranty company on another truck we just bought, covers EVERYTHING by the dealer, gets us a rental, and is absolutely amazing to deal with. Plus the previous company we just had on our last truck was fantastic. So in comparing companies, Autto gets a 1star. Buyer BEWARE!! There's WAY better companies out there. Do your due diligence and don't trust the dealer. I did, and got screwed. And Autto has zero help in the matter.
