Iwanted to cancely service contract in the proper time period. My Dealerships was rude and tryin to stall, extremely unprofessional. I called AUTTO and spoke with Bryant. This gentleman was polite, professional. I was surprised at how helpful and courteous he was after just dealing with all the negative stuff from mlthe dealership. Marissa with auto was able to get my repair taken care of and approved and I had only had my truck a month. She made sure the mechanic was replacing all of the parts not just the broken part. I appreciate these guys and would recommend their warranty to anyone! Saved me 3000$

My car was insured by Autto. Had a serious engine problem that resulted in the replacement of the engine. A claim was filed to assist with a total engine replacement. Your representative Dustin processed my claim, took charge finding a replacement engine, and a competent mechanic. Dustin led making the repair arrangements and made sure I was getting a reasonable price for the install labor. Dustin kept in touch throughout the process. I could not have accomplished all this repair required without the considerable skill and expertise Dustin brought to my claim. Dustin represents your brand extremely well!

Unbelievable customer service. Truck broke down way after office hours and I still got a call back. They helped me direct the tow company to a shop to get it fixed within an hour and the truck was done the next day. When I purchase a vehicle again, being able to have a warranty through these guys will be 100% a must.

Very impressed with the team at autto. I submitted a claim and a local rep called me back immediately. The claim went to the underwriters and a few weeks later, I received another follow up from them. Very impressed with their ability to tie up loose ends and make sure I’m a happy customer and that everything is handled fairly. Never been a fan of warranty companies but this experience has totally changed my perspective. I would definitely recommend Autto if you’re buying a used car. Totally worth it!!

Marissa is a rock star and went above and beyond to help me out in a situation that isn't the norm but she got me taken care of and I couldn't be happier with the company.

Autto did a great job communicating and even worked outside business hours to help the shop with payment. They didn't cover the airbag part but they did work with the dealership to make sure it was paid by them. I would recommend them. They have great customer service.
