Growing up all I ever heard was to never buy Extended Warranties because they are not worth the money and the companies are very difficult to work with, however, I decided to on the most recent car we bought and I'm very glad we did. Our engine threw a rod and landed us in quite a pickle. Autto was great and helped us through the process as well as finding us a mechanic that quickly had our car turned around and that was fairly priced. If you're questioning whether or not to get the Extended Warranty, put your potential worries at ease and take the leap. You won't regret it!

Best extended warranty experience!! Having worked in the warranty industry for an engine distributor for more than 2 decades I was hesitant to purchase one when buying a used truck. Due to the expense of these new vehicles I decided to do just that and am very glad I did!! The manner with which Autto's representatives worked with the shop and communicated with me was nothing short of exemplary. I knew what the coverage covered up front so there were not surprises. When I picked up my vehicle I was very happy the shop had already received payment from Autto for the covered portion of repairs. I could not be more satisfied with my first experience with Autto.
