Brandon was great! Our furnace motor went out and he came out the same day and fixed it. He did not try to upsell us on unnecessary services or parts and he educated us along the way, giving us more confidence and knowledge as homeowners.

Easy to reach, appointment was set and tech arrived as planned, had a quick diagnosis and part was on the van so the whole visit was about 30 minutes. Based on this and previous experiences this is where I will always call first.

Arctic Air has been the best! We have been with them since the early 2000's and earlier this year, our AC stopped working; upon calling Arctic, we were treated very kindly and with respect, just like a long time customer should be treated. Our service technician, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and friendly when we had our new AC put in and recently our thermostat stopped working and my son said the technician that took care of us that day was very professional and kind.

Had 3+ other companies look at our broken AC & independently came back to us that it was a faulty valve. It was going to be $3k+ to fix and that we might as well get a new AC. Brandon from Arctic Air came out and knew that the issue I was told was the problem wasn't common in my type of unit. He did some digging and found out what the problem was, replaced just what needed to be replaced, and everything started working great. Saved us tons of money and earned a customer. Him being extremely knowledgeable about our unit, that the issue everyone was telling us it was did not usually occur in our model, and then fixing the issue, all within 24 hours, was so refreshing and a great experience.

I have been using Arctic Air as my HVAC servicer for the last 16 yrs. Recently, I needed to replace my system and enlisted them again. The job was well done, quickly finished, and reasonably priced. Justin and Brandon did an excellent job!

Artic Air is great to do business with, they installed my last two furnaces and central airs, my last one lasted 26 years, they were fast and met all my expectations, and there prices were in line(reasonable) other companies weren’t. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement or upgrades.

I called Arctic Air when my furnace stopped working. Within 45 minutes, a tech arrived and accessed my situation. He explained my options and I decided to replace my old unit and scheduled the replacement for the next morning. The installer arrived on-time and the job was completed without any problems - done right the first time! The unit is quiet and the efficiency is such that I am able to comfortably lower my thermostat by 3 degrees. The 2 service techs that I dealt with were polite, very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the features of my new furnace. I would highly recommend Arctic Air for your heating and cooling needs.
