I highly recommend this company have used them for over 15 years and I always have the same guy very good at his job and goes the xtra mile for you. His name is Brandon.

We have used Arctic air for over 15 years. They are always responsive and do a good job. They are not overpriced and they give maintenance tips to owners.

The fan on our A/C Unit stopped working leaving us concerned about the cost of repair/replacement. When I called the Office to make an appointment, Janet was GREAT!!! She assured me that Brandon would be calling to confirm I would be home later that day. I was AMAZED a Tech would actually arrive the same day ... & make necessary repairs! Brandon did exactly that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARCTIC AIR HEATING & COOLING!!!! GREAT TEAM!!!!

Thermostat malfunctioned Brandon arrived on time the same day and retified problem quickly and correctly and explained problem and how he corrected it.

They sold and installed a power humidifier. Excellent humidifier and installation, except for the location they installed the humidistat. They installed it on the return instead of in the living area. Turns out with it set at 45℅ (max) I still get 35℅ which is just high enough for my health needs. However, I would imagine that I could set it at 35℅, or higher in the living area, the humidifier is that good, and obtain the 35℅ I set it.
