My ac went out. They were at my home 2 hours after I called and had the brand new unit installed the same day. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. This is the second time I have used them and they are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Artic Air knows how to treat their customers right! Last week during the hottest week of the year so far our AC was failing to keep up with our house size. Brandon came out for a service call and was very thorough, professional, courteous and the list of qualities can go on. We decided to purchase a new AC and Furnace for our home and the following day Brandon stopped by our house after "normal working hours" and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to me without sounding condescending like other services companies. He was on top of his game! We set up the work to be done on Monday at 8 a.m. I asked for a 30 minute call before they arrived and at 7:30 am. today I received a phone call from Nick telling me he would be at our house by 8 a.m. Nick showed up on time and was so polite and explained what he was going to do and what we were going to replace. I called them late Tuesday afternoon. Brandon arrived Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problems and discussed various solutions with me. He was very careful not to push towards repair or replacement; he just laid out the options clearly. I opted for replacement and Nick installed my new unit Thursday morning; my house was cool that afternoon. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. My new unit is so much quieter -- I'm only sorry that summer is nearly over here!

I've never written a review before. So when you read this one, realize that these guys were so good, I had to give them a positive review.

I've had problems with my A/C ever since I moved in. I used to have a home warranty (what a scam), so I always had technicians come through the warranty. This time though, with my warranty expired, I picked Arctic because of their high reviews. With my house at 87 degrees, I called them and gave them my info. Within 20 minutes, the technician was at my house. Brandon was courteous, but got right to it. He was much more efficient at finding the problem than any past technician. He found the problem within 3 minutes (a bad capacitor). The capacitor was all rusted over, so most of the time was spent on google finding the correct replacement capacitor. He...

Amazing service very professional! AC stopped working....called Arctic Air based on reviews I found on YELP and another site. Person that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. She assured me they could have a technician at my residence the same day. The technician (Brandon S.) called me within a short time and set an appointment time. Arrived actually before appointment time! He diagnosed and fixed my AC right then! I am extremely pleased and feel confident recommending Arctic Air and the technician, Brandon S.

Brandon was very thorough in preparing our contract, carefully explaining all work that would be done. He was fantastic in accommodating our needs for immediate installation. The work crew was punctual, worked very efficiently on multiple jobs at a time, and cleaned up/hauled away as promised. We were up and running with a new furnace and air conditioner in about five hours. Couldn't be more pleased.

We needed some work done before we moved, and Arctic Air Heating and Cooling were recommended to us. It is easy to see why. They were timely, courteous, and explained everything very well. Excellent service. Came the same day we were having our A/C problem to review and had it fixed by the next morning. They even provided a few options on how we could fix the issue instead of presenting the most expensive one. Will use them again.

Expensive, but I suppose that come with the territory. Extremely efficient & phenomenal work. My central air went out 48 hours prior to me having to leave the country on military orders. They came out within an hour, gave me my options, then ordered the parts, & were back the very next morning for the repair! This was huge for me, having to leave my 1 year old & pregnant wife in an air conditioned house while I serve overseas.

Artic Air just replaced our AC unit with a new Lennox Elite XC14. They did a great job. No problems with the install. Everything is working great and the house is cooler than ever. I also used them to replace the furnace in our old house several years ago and they also did spectacular work then as well. I would highly recommend them.

Out standing responce, quality workmanship are only two reasons I'm glad we called Arctic Air.
We were in the middle of a major exterior remodel when our 15 year old air conditioner decided to break down. Repair costs were two high for such an old unit so we opted for a new Lennex model.
The amazingly thing is all this took place in the same day.
I strongly recomend Arctic Air.

It was time to replace our 24 year old hvac system. We received estimates from 4 different companies. Our current system was installed by Arctic Air and never had a problem, so they were on our list. We were told, by several companies, the installation is just as important as the brand. We were delighted that Artic Air was the least expensive. They did an awesome job with our previous system, so we went with them. As the others have stated, Brandon did a great job. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend them.

On March 25, 2016 we woke to a cold house and discovered that the control board would not turn on the fan. Called at 8:00 AM and by 10:00 had a TECH on site. After research on cost of repairs on a 18 year old system, It was decided the best approach was to install a whole new system. They had a crew on site by 11:30 AM and the new system fully installed and operational by 7:00 PM. Great job and good service.Thank you all at Arctic Air.

We have used Arctic Air for years not only for our home but for our rental property. At every turn, Brandon has been prompt, courteous, and professional. This recent cold snap in KC put the old furnace in our rental out of commission. Brandon returned our late Saturday night call, came early on Sunday morning to see what needed to be done, and by early Tuesday afternoon, we had a new furnace installed! We continue to appreciate and recommend Arctic Air!

Although we had to bite a huge $$$$ bullet and get a whole new unit, the technicians from Arctic Air were highly polite and got to us as quickly as they could when our home was 95 degrees. Within a few hours, our home was cool again! My whole family uses Arctic Air and now I understand why. A big thank you to Brandon especially, for being abundantly kind and taking the time to explain everything to my grandpa, who loves to know details! :)

Arctic Air is by far the best local heating/cooling business in KC. The family business really cares about ones needs, and they hire people who share the same goal. The quality of service and merchandise is top notch. The workers come by when convenient to the costumer and they answer any and all questions with ease. We have been with this company for years with plans on remaining loyal costumers.

Our A/C unit failed on Father's Day weekend. I called many local companies (including some that do a lot of advertising) and Brandon from Arctic Air was the only person who called back. Not only that, but he came out that very day (a Sunday) to see if my unit could be serviced.

Unfortunately, the fan motor on our external unit had seized up. Brandon listened to my questions and clearly explained different options to address the problem. I appreciate that he did not try to sell or replace "more than I needed". I decided to go with a new efficient replacement system and Brandon set me up for an installation the following day.
