Although we had to bite a huge $$$$ bullet and get a whole new unit, the technicians from Arctic Air were highly polite and got to us as quickly as they could when our home was 95 degrees. Within a few hours, our home was cool again! My whole family uses Arctic Air and now I understand why. A big thank you to Brandon especially, for being abundantly kind and taking the time to explain everything to my grandpa, who loves to know details! :)

Arctic Air is by far the best local heating/cooling business in KC. The family business really cares about ones needs, and they hire people who share the same goal. The quality of service and merchandise is top notch. The workers come by when convenient to the costumer and they answer any and all questions with ease. Our A/C unit failed on Father's Day weekend. I called many local companies (including some that do a lot of advertising) and Brandon from Arctic Air was the only person who called back. Not only that, but he came out that very day (a Sunday) to see if my unit could be serviced.

Unfortunately, the fan motor on our external unit had seized up. Brandon listened to my questions and clearly explained different options to address the problem. I appreciate that he did not try to sell or replace "more than I needed". I decided to go with a new efficient replacement system and Brandon set me up for an installation the following day.

I called Arctic Air last week because my air conditioner had stopped blowing cool air. I was very pleased from the person who answered my call to the technician that came to my home. My air conditioner was frozen up so the technician told me to turn it off and that he would return in a few hours as it had to defrost before he could diagnose the problem. He returned as he had promised and had the air conditioner repaired in no time! The technician was very kind and professional and the bill for service was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend Arctic Air to my friends and family!

The coldest night we had this entire winter, my heater goes out. I woke up and my house was already down to 55 degrees. I called Arctic Air that morning and told them what happened and a serviceman was at my house and had everything fixed before noon that day!

My family and I moved to Gladstone Missouri about 7 months ago for work. We were from a small town in Iowa called Strawberry Point where everyone knew everybody and we all helped out with everyday needs. My wife and I purchased a little older home in Gladstone so we could get more bang for our buck so as you could imagine the furnace and air conditioner were just as old. Had some issues with my AC on a weekend. Called and got immediate service and didn't get charged an exorbitant price just because it was the weekend. Service was great, issue was fixed. They're my go to AC people now.

In all my years of working with Artic Heating and Cooling Co. my expectations have always been exceeded from the customer service in the office, to the service repairman that comes out to quickly let me know what needs to be done and the right way to do it. Only wonderful things to say about Arctic Air Heating and Cooling. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Selling my first house was a challenging experience after the buyers inspection showed required HVAC repairs and service. However; after Arctic came in on short notice, the HVAC requirements of the inspection were wrapped up quickly and professionally! I cannot thank Brandon enough for making that part of selling my house worry free.

Our AC and Furnace were very old and we needed to replace them and had been putting it off for some time. I had several companies come out to give us estimates and my husband and I decided to go with Arctic Air due to the down to earth genuine employees that came out. I never once felt like they were trying to pressure me, they truly care about doing the right thing for the customer. On Saturday Feb 14 we awoke to a temp of 50 degrees in our house. After trying to keep our 20+ year old furnace going with "emergency room" visits for several years - it finally quit.
I researched the Missouri Gas Energy list of "Certified" HVAC firms in the KC North area and selected Arctic Air because of their long presence in the area. I called Saturday afternoon when I acknowledged it was a dangerous situation - and spoke with the answering service. I was pleased that I heard back from Brandon, a service tech within minutes, not hours or days! He told me he could be at our house within an hour (wow!) to evaluate our situation. He was early! After he examined our furnace and explained how dangerous it was to even be sleeping in the house with this beast - we decided on a replacement.

On 11/16/2014 our furnace went out, after contacting 4 heating and cooling companies in the yellow pages i only had promises. I went online and found Artic Air at 6pm on the 18th and at 7:30pm that night our furnace was fixed and thoroughly cleaned. It was for the price of what one of the earlier contact was going to charge just to walk in the door. Response time, work done, pricing, and the service tech could not have been better. We had Brandon S for a service tech and would recommend Artic Air to all our friends and family in the future.

Arctic Air put in a new air conditioner and furnace several years ago. I have always been satisfied with their service. I had a technician come out today and he was very friendly and very informative.

Everyone was prompt and polite. The even installed out new air conditioning unit on a Saturday . Very satisfied customer.

Got up one morning and my existing furnace was out. Called Arcitc Air to come take a look at it and after discussing options on what to do, I decided it was time for a new furnace. What helped with that decision was Arctic Air would be able to put in a new furnace that same day and one that was more efficient than the one I had. I had originally called them at 9:00 AM and they were already putting in the new furnace by Noon. The technicians were very professional, didn't leave a mess when they left, and the new furnace is working great.

The staff at Arctic Air just replaced my old, non-working AC unit with a new Lennox 14ACX. I called on Tuesday, the installation was scheduled for Thursday, and the work was completed in less than a day. The installers were professional, thorough, and the overall experience was very positive.

Called Arctic Air, they explained things clearly, gave me the options, and was not a strong sales in any direction. Decided to replace the AC unit verses invest anymore into my old AC unit. They were prompt and replaced it the next day, within 5.5 hours, and did not take any breaks. Will use them in the future.

Arctic Air installed a Lennox SLP98 furnace in my home and I could not be happier. The installation was fast and efficient and the furnace performs exactly as I wanted. It is so quiet that I cannot tell when starts or stops and it maintains the temperature spot on. I should have had it installed when we bought this house three years ago.
