my ac unit went out when i was out of town, it was 100* + outside and my two dogs were in the house. i called them at 7am and they were over to my house and had it fixed around 9am. now the unit is working great. they did a great job and i would recommend them to anyone. Had a great experience with Artic Air. Had them come out and fill my unit with coolant early in the spring. Brandon took a look at it and told me it was on its last leg. I knew it was gonna go at some point I'd been filling it with coolant for several years. It was original to the house which is 20 years old. It finally shot craps on me on the hottest day of the year yet. Ray came out and cut me a great deal on replacing both my furnace and AC. They showed up promptly when they said they would. The technician who came out did a great job and had a younger gentleman with him training which I loved seeing. The world is gonna be in need of our younger generation to learn trades. We have used Arctic Air for years to come and tune up our furnace and air conditioning and have always had a good experience with them. This past week, they came to tune up our furnace and found a problem with the humidifier saddle valve. The tech requested that we would need to call for a service call to have it fixed which would be over $100. When I showed them paperwork of one of their techs who fixed it on our tune up call a couple of years ago for only $25, they wouldn't budge and said the tech shouldn't have done that. It's a service call repair, not a tune up repair. So, seeing the inconsistency led to a 4 star and not a 5 star review. Read more >

Attic Air is a very friendly and personable company. They work hard to make service convenient for the customer. When our first AC went out on the hottest day of the year and we told them I had a medical condition and needed AC to breath better, they came out immediately to evaluate what was needed. When it was determined we needed a new system, they installed it the next day. Many years later when our AC died again and we called them, they came out the same day to evaluate and installed the new system the next day again. Artic Air knows how to treat their customers right! Last week during the hottest week of the year so far our AC was failing to keep up with our house size. Brandon came out for a service call and was very thorough, professional, courteous and the list of qualities can go on. We decided to purchase a new AC and Furnace for our home and the following day Brandon stopped by our house after "normal working hours" and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to me without sounding condescending like other services companies. He was on top of his game! I called them late Tuesday afternoon. Brandon arrived Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problems and discussed various solutions with me. He was very careful not to push towards repair or replacement; he just laid out the options clearly. I opted for replacement and Nick installed my new unit Thursday morning; my house was cool that afternoon. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. I've never written a review before. So when you read this one, realize that these guys were so good, I had to give them a positive review.

I've had problems with my A/C ever since I moved in. I used to have a home warranty (what a scam), so I always had technicians come through the warranty. This time though, with my warranty expired, I picked Arctic because of their high reviews. With my house at 87 degrees, I called them and gave them my info. Within 20 minutes, the technician was at my house. Brandon was courteous, but got right to it. He was much more efficient at finding the problem than any past technician.
