I love Arctic Air Heating & Cooling Co because they were able to fit us into the schedule the same day we called. The service man was able to quickly fix our problem and gave us instructions to help us keep our system running properly.

Brandon was my service tech and contacted him about my blower motor. He contacted me within 15-20 mins of my initial call. Had me send some pictures and told me what I had assumed. He came by the next morning double checked all he needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any question. Again thank you Brandon for keeping my home cold!!!

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling took care of me again. It was time for a new A/C and they were the only company I considered. They came out when it was convenient for me. I decided on a Lennox Merit A/C unit, and to my pleasant surprise, they came out and installed the unit next day! Josh installed the A/C and A coil. He was courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job explaining what he did and why. After the install, he took time to clean up and made sure I was happy with his work. He made a tweak to my Nest thermostat to make it fully functional. Josh was great! All in all, this is the company you should call when you need any HVAC work done!

I've been a customer of Arctic Air for 26 years, since they put their sticker on my furnace. Through yearly maintenance and occasional problems, they've always been knowledgable, professional, and responsive. From Janet, who gleefully answers the phone and has named several of her children after me, to Brandon and Josh and other technicians, I can trust them to get the job done, which gives me much peace of mind. I'll continue to highly recommend them to friends, although those are limited.

One of the hottest days yet and no cold air blowing. Shocked that I was not on a weeklong waiting list! Very knowledgeable service tech that repaired our outdoor unit.

Our ac stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and our tech was promptly at our house. He texted before arrival and he kindly explained everything he was doing. I’d definitely recommend this business!
