I would definitely recommend Craig and his crew. They were the picture of professionalism. We had collapsed pipes under the slab on a 50 year old house (NOT fun!). We knew the general location, but not how far the digging would have to go to find all the bad pipe. Craig gave a best case/worst case price depending on how far they had to dig. We got lucky and got the "best case". These guys showed integrity and didn't keep going with a bunch of tunnel we didn't need.
The crew was top notch. Very respectful and accommodating anytime we were working outside around them. Our foundation work was completed in three days total. They worked around our existing plants and left our back flower bed better than they found it. Craig's first visit to our home was above and beyond. He was easy to talk to and understand. He didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. He made a few reference marks on the house and asked us to just monitor it for signs of settling because it was possible we could get more rain and the slab could return to its normal position. He gave us that option. After several months we saw it was time to take action. Craig did a followup visit and confirmed we needed to have the foundation leveled. We moved into a home knowing it needed foundation work. It has taken 3 month to get it all complete! Thankfully because of Anchors knowledge and thorough investigation, they found multiple plumbing issues. It took 3 months to get insurance and investigative plumbers to see the whole story. Anchor took days to tediously dig all the way under our house. The plumbing work was done and Anchor came back and put ALL the dirt back. It took time and a lot of patience to get everything complete but we KNOW it was done well! The crew that worked on our house was very respectful of our property. I contacted Craig Tripp with Anchor Foundation for help on an old farmhouse that was moved to Burton many years ago and put on a beam and block foundation. We purchased the house seven years ago and since then it had experienced a lot of movement and needed to be releveled. Craig showed up on-time for our appointment and made recommendations he felt would improve the levelness of the house as well as improve the "feel" of the house by adding more support beams and joists. This would redistribute the load to the foundation system and eliminate some of the bounce that was obvious in the floors. The Anchor Foundation Repair team showed up on the first day and spent a lot of time sizing up the project and laid out a solid plan before doing anything else. They asked several questions and learned my concerns, especially about conserving many of the recent improvements I made to the house. Once the team started work, things went seamlessly. The team took great care of my property and were attentive to keeping the worksite clean each day.

The best part of the project were the results. Within 3 days, the team was able to level a 2,800 sq ft two story 100+ year old house. Their work adjusted door frames and returned almost all of the functionality that has deteriorated over the years.

I got what I considered a fair estimate, we only waited a short time for the job to actually be scheduled, the crew showed up at the time and date specified and the work was done properly and in a timely manner. The house is actually more level now than when it was first built. Craig and the crew were polite, knowledgeable and expeditious and we felt very well served indeed. No excuses, screw-ups or BS. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

I recommend Anchor Foundation highly. My moms house (Pier and Beam) has had numerous foundation problems since Jim Walters constructed it. Anchor Foundation has been out on three occasions to correct the problem and re-level the home. No issues with personnel or timing of when they could come out. the issues with the home has nothing whatsoever to do with Anchor Foundation or their work, it is totally because of poor construction/workmanship.

These folks are great!! Craig provided a quote and schedule the work. The crew was great and had lots of experience. They found some unseen problems, informed us and where able to correct those problem. We recommend these folks to do your house leveling.

Ruben and the crew from Anchor were amazing!! They were very professional, showed up when scheduled, and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond the foundation work by moving bushes and carefully removing and replacing landscape rocks, etc. Craig called several times to keep me informed about scheduling, always mindful of my time and other commitments.
