I would definitely recommend Craig and his crew. They were the picture of professionalism. We had collapsed pipes under the slab on a 50 year old house (NOT fun!). We knew the general location, but not how far the digging would have to go to find all the bad pipe. Craig gave a best case/worst case price depending on how far they had to dig. We got lucky and got the "best case". These guys showed integrity and didn't keep going with a bunch of tunnel we didn't need.
The crew was top notch. Very respectful and accommodating anytime we were working outside around them. Craig's first visit to our home was above and beyond. He was easy to talk to and understand. He didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. He made a few reference marks on the house and asked us to just monitor it for signs of settling because it was possible we could get more rain and the slab could return to its normal position. He gave us that option. After several months we saw it was time to take action. Craig did a followup visit and confirmed we needed to have the foundation leveled. After numerous measurements and readings he showed us a plan of our house where the piers would be located and quoted a price for the job.
