I talked to Nate with American Homer Buyers he was honest,professional, and polite. I did not sell my home with American Home Buyers, but he did his job well.

I have been blessed to have professional and caring people like Taylor and Jaime. They have made all of this so caring. Great job, my friends! I lied and said my son didn't have a sister and then squandered her out of her apartment and her car and her kid !!! Cause now I can pay anyone to do as I say thanks Ryan and Bill who had nothing to do with me for 30 years. Don't worry son your sister will be in the streets like she belongs!!!!

Nate was great. Really understood our situation and more than happy to help and very realistic with the expectations. Ultimately we didn't end up going with American Home Buyer due to outside factors, but great experience dealing with them and him.

I was impressed with them and it meant a great deal to me that they were a Christian based company. I am a Christian and my faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is very important to me. Everyone that helped me at American Home Buyer was so nice and helpful and extremely patient and understanding with any questions or issues that came up. You guys are great! I would recommend anyone wanting to sell their home to strongly consider this company. American Home Buyer went out of their way to make the whole process go smoothly for me and helped me resolve some issues from my side that came up along the way with patience and understanding. My American Home Buyer experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The agent who visited my home the first day I called was professional and kind—we had just had a death and needed to sell the family home. The AHB agent who showed the house to potential buyers looked after our family’s interests—trying to get us the best possible price. He stayed in touch even on weekends at times. And their Title Company partner— Capital Title—also was great to work with. I highly recommend AHB when you’re ready to sell an “as-is” property. They even helped with all the legal estate elements. From beginning to end, our experience with American Home Buyer was better than we could ever have imagined. It began with Jaime coming to our home to look through it, discuss our situation, review our options and help us decide which option worked best for us. There was no pressure at all from Jaime, only genuine concern for what was best for our circumstances. This was unlike other companies we had met with that pushed us to do it their way regardless of what our needs were. The original price we were offered by American Home Buyer was fair and it never changed.
