American Home Buyer

After buying a new home, we were in need of selling our older fixer upper. Hiring a real estate agent and having to deal with all that comes along with it isn’t something we wanted to do. You always see commercials for “American Home Buyers “ on Television claiming that they will take care of everything including no closing costs.

My wife called and answered some quick questions. Before I knew it, they ( American Home Buyers) had set up a meeting to walk the property. We sat down and Rolly( AHB rep) walked us through the process and we filled out some paperwork.

Rolly set up appointments with buyers, kept us up to date regarding all potential buyers. Their communication skills are exemplary ( and very much appreciated). We were always in the know.

Once the home went under contract the closing team ( led by Heather)then stepped up, coordinating...

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever been through. It was painless and so simple. It’s a Christian base company ran by Christians. I recommend them highly. If you can get Nate to be your person, then I highly recommend that they need more people like him. So when you call ask for Nate.

Fast sale. No surprises …great experience

Selling my home through American Home Buyer was a pleasant experience. The team was very straightforward with how the process works. I talked to Nate with American Homer Buyers he was honest,professional, and polite. I did not sell my home with American Home Buyers, but he did his job well.

I have been blessed to have professional and caring people like Taylor and Jaime. They have made all of this so caring. Great job, my friends! I lied and said my son didn't have a sister and then squandered her out of her apartment and her car and her kid !!! Cause now I can pay anyone to do as I say thanks Ryan and Bill who had nothing to do with me for 30 years. Don't worry son your sister will be in the streets like she belongs!!!!

Nate was great. Really understood our situation and more than happy to help and very realistic with the expectations. Ultimately we didn't end up going with American Home Buyer due to outside factors, but great experience dealing with them and him.
