I was very pleased with American Home Buyers. It was Painless, especially when compared to traditional real estate. They were professional, and honest with me. When you sell to them, you can leave whatever you don’t want any more behind. You don’t even have to clean up!! They partner with Christian groups to sell, fix , or otherwise donate unwanted goods. I would use them again if I needed to.

Had multiple offers from different companies and American Home offered the most for my home. They were very helpful all through the process to make it a quick transaction. When anything came up they were open and honest and kept me in the loop.

Amazing Over and Over

I needed to sell my brother’s house in Houston quickly. Carter arrived and inspected the house on July 25. He gave me an offer and I signed the contract immediately. Carter was the best; he explained the complete process. Since I live out of town the closing was scheduled on August 14. Between the time I signed the contract and the closing I was in contact with Rolly regarding the closing; he kept me informed during the whole process. This was a truly great experience. I highly recommend American Home Buyer.

Nate was the first person that worked with me on getting the initial estimate on the home. Very professional and arrived on time and prepared photos to show potential buyers. Definitely the start of a good experience with American Home Buyer.

Rolly L. was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He provided timely updates on every part of the process, which was especially valuable during the long timeline. His input on what works and what doesn't, plus his guidance on pricing the house, made a real difference.
