Probably did a good job drilling the well but won’t know for sure until water is connected to the house. Were supposed to use mats but didn’t. Lawn was a mess! Nice people to deal with.

The professionals at Amber Well Drilling exceed my expectations when I was in a bad position. On a referral, I called them when my well pump was no longer working. They showed up within two hours, had the problem diagnosed and resolved 3 hours later. Recomend them highly.

Overall I thought the product, price, and service for Amber was very good. My only complaint was that after the install, the RO made a near-continuous gurgling sound every time we (or the ice maker) used it. This is my 5th home with an RO and I’ve never had gurgling noises associated with the RO. I called the office and a gentleman (manager?) tried to tell me it was normal. I told him that wasn’t my experience, and I wanted someone to come look at it. When the technician showed up, he did indeed stop the gurgling sound permanently.

After having trouble getting more local drill companies to show up and do my well (7 months and 3 companies), I contacted Amber which is an hour and a half away. The came within a few weeks of scheduling. Price was in-line with other companies. Would recommend.
