I wanted to reach out and let the Amber leadership team know what a great team they have!
I had a issue with a frozen switch that was put in 7 months ago. Amy Williams was not only very responsive but was able to get her team over to our house the next morning due to the fact we didn't have any water and my wife was watching toddlers.
It was a busy day for you guys, with the cold weather understandably so. Amy really made us feel like we were a priority and her field team got the situation remedied in record time. I usually don't write letters like this but my wife and I felt driven after our experience with Amy and her Amber team. Give her a Christmas ham for goodness sake !!!
