Highly Recommend! They made a pretty complex job look easy and took our water system from very concerning to worry-free. Our crew (Austin, Dylan & Isaiah) arrived at the time we were told they would be here and their work ethic upon arrival was noticeable. They were all very willing to answer any questions we had while remaining down to earth. Their personalities made them enjoyable to have on our property. The work was complete a lot faster than expected and they made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. The price came in just slightly lower than the estimate AND we have more water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. Great Job guys!

Great experience with Amber Water Pros. I had several phases of work at my new construction property. This week I had a water softener , reverse osmosis system and well connections completed. This project included drilling a new well, changing feeds from second well, and installing water conditioners with reverse osmosis system. I was impressed on how efficient and friendly the different crews were in completing each phase. Having been in the construction industry for 40 years, I would definitely recommend Amber Water Pros.

I have been experiencing water recovery issues and within a few days of my contacting the Tully office they sent out a team to examine my well and pump. On the day of the service they sent an email to let me know Austin and Dylan were enroute. Austin and Dylan are friendly, knowledgeable technicians who took the time to explain what they were doing to ensure I understood the process thoroughly. They efficiently installed a new pump and then thoughtfully connected a hose to my pressure tank to allow for flushing out any dirt or sediment from the system prior to restarting the water tank. I am very glad I contacted Amber Water Pros and Austin and Dyan were the technicians they sent out.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I called Amber Water on the Saturday before Labor Day. They sent me a contract that day. On Tuesday I called to see where I was on the schedule explaining my stressful situation. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had from any company. We had an emergency and they came right out and fixed it. And most importantly didn’t overcharge me.

We needed a new water pump. Amber Water Pros installed a DAB EsyBox Mini3 before I realized what it is, and how much it costs. The pump costs about double what a top of the line conventional pump costs. It also runs on about 50% of the juice a conventional pump uses. It provides constant pressure on demand... However, when the thing leaked I had major second thoughts about keeping this thing. But the folks at Amber were reasonable about making sure the leaks were repaired, and came down a bit on their price because of the misunderstanding.

To follow up... the constant pressure pump is a real game changer. We have to push thru a whole house water filter. With the old pump the pressure would vary between 30 and 50 psi, and so would the flow. With the filter our washing machine would sometimes throw a low water pressure error code. The new pump pressure, set at a constant...

I have to give credit to Amber, we had a well problem and they were very timely in coming out, kooking at the issue and scheduling a service call. They kept their times and kept their promises. Dylan and Austin were very conscientious and careful in their work. I also appreciate the fact that I did not get a hard sell out of them and they did when I asked them to do without a lot of drama. Most of the other well drillers I've taught with were a bunch of know-it-alls that couldn't schedule anything. Hats off to Dylan and Austin.

I had a issue with a frozen switch that was put in 7 months ago. Amy Williams was not only very responsive but was able to get her team over to our house the next morning due to the fact we didn't have any water and my wife was watching toddlers.

It was a busy day for you guys, with the cold weather understandably so. Amy really made us feel like we were a priority and her field team got the situation remedied in record time. I usually don't write letters like this but my wife and I felt driven after our experience with Amy and her Amber team. Give her a Christmas ham for goodness sake !!!

Office personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. They responded quickly to any concerns we had. We did have a few issues with the initial electrical hookup and placement of the in well pump. Once those issues were addressed we have had no further problems.

These guys are great. Well pump quit at 7:00PM on a Thursday. They came out first thing Friday morning, quickly diagnosed and repaired the system. They answered all my questions and made me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you!!!

My new residential well was scheduled to be installed very quickly after getting contract in place and the crew was incredibly professional and efficient with well maintained equipment. They were able to install a good well at a shallower depth than anticipated.
