I wanted to reach out and let the Amber leadership team know what a great team they have!

I had a issue with a frozen switch that was put in 7 months ago. Amy Williams was not only very responsive but was able to get her team over to our house the next morning due to the fact we didn't have any water and my wife was watching toddlers.

It was a busy day for you guys, with the cold weather understandably so. Amy really made us feel like we were a priority and her field team got the situation remedied in record time. Amber Water Pros is a great company to work with. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions I had. The team that performed the work were also very easy to work with and were clearly experts. They had great attitudes even though we encountered a few issues while drilling. Ultimately, they were able to develop a well for me that will ensure we have access to clean water at a great recovery rate. I also want to mention that while there are a lot of unknowns when doing a job like this, the estimate I was given was within a couple hundred dollars of the actual billed amount which I greatly appreciated. The Adirondacks have plenty of water below ground. However as you may have experienced sometimes iron and magnese can present challenges for usability. Amber helped us find a solution and move from a sediment filter to advanced filtration requiring less maintenance and producing better results. They are innovative, responsive and friendly. Amber dug a new water well on our rural lake property. The work was challenging, with various obstacles including weather, tree work, depth of drill -- and Amber did a good job staying flexible and accommodating to the challenges. Communication was good. Next steps - the pump system and then the water treatment system. I didn't appreciate at first the size and scale of this project, and was a bit shocked at times at the reality of it all when we hit challenges. But onward we go.
