I had a great experience with Amber Water Pros. After having a poor experience with Sterling (they simply never showed up nor called after scheduling a site visit) Amber was a dream to work with. From the folks on the phone who always called me back and kept me updated on the appointment date and time, to the Geologist Jay who took the time to evaluate all areas of my well and pump system, Amber is a truly professional and courteous company. I highly recommend.

We had our water serviced by Finger Lakes who were bought out by Amber Well Drilling. Our water pressure was low and we called Amber. Pete came out and saw and fixed the issue right away (blocked line to our carbon filter). We asked it there was newer technology then what we had and Pete suggested an oxidation system. We agreed to the replacement and are amazed at the difference it has made in our water. No more sulfur smell, excellent water pressure and the water is drinkable. Pete was prompt, professional, efficient, answered all of our questions and told us to call him anytime if we had any issues. We received a call from Amber the next day to check in on how our system was working and if there were any issues. We are delighted that Amber is now our water treatment company and would recommend them without reservation. Thank you Amber for your excellent work.

The guy who came out to help me test my well water in August was very friendly and knowledgeable. While he changed a few settings on my softener, I bought the necessary NaCl tablets he recommended and my water quality has significantly improved due to this worker’s expertise. Thanks!

Most EXPENSIVE company I’ve ever dealt with. Great customer service but I am looking into a new supplier. I am getting prices on having a well drilled and wouldn’t even consider getting one from you guys.

We had an issue with our well water passing a water test. Amber squeezed us in to their very busy schedule and within just a few days installed a UV system. We were immediately able to get a passing water test!

Amber well drilling sent Pete to our home regarding an issue I was having. Not only did he listen to my situation he explained what the problem was in a way I could understand and fixed it. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I was also able to reach him with further questions. I highly recommend Amber well drilling! Amazing service!!
