We are happy with Amber Pro. The drillers were very polite and informative. The location marked by a flag (by the owner) did not allow enough room for the operation but we didn’t know this until the rig was on site. Due to this an alternate location had to be decided on but it’s not where I would’ve preferred, but we didn’t have time to move some obstacles to allow for it to be drilled where I’d have liked.
Due to this oversight the yard is more of a mess than it would’ve been. This is to be expected with two huge rigs, but after getting one of them stuck and having to be winched out (a third huge tow truck making more ruts in our yard) large mats were brought to drive on. This helped immensely. I would suggest they be kept on the trucks and used regularly, especially on a finished site.

Amber Wster Pros was very responsive and was very helpful in completing both projects. I am also grateful for their response to solving the arresian well concerns. The workmen were skilled and courteous. My only complaint is that the frost free hydrants were not properly installed, but just left in the ditch.

The two gentlemen that came to my house to put in a low pressure pump, storage tanks and basically set up a water system that was functional for us were phenomenal. They were both professional, time sufficient, and super helpful on explaining the system. So far two weeks later the system is working great. I would highly recommend this company!

My jet pump would not prime after a power outage. We had no water and with server Al dogs and. 4 year old we need water immediately. Amber came out right away, they first had to locate my well, I will never understand why people would burry a well but they got us water and better water pressure right away. Excellent experience! Very professional, prompt and competitive. They are one of the only few that actually called back and came on-site and gave us a professional quote. The two gentlemen that drilled the well were polite and very knowledgeable. The job site was clean and within a few hours I had a well drilled.
