I had APR come out to my place because of some water damage we had, and thought we needed restoration services. Chris D. did a great job with the kitchen sink area inspection, etc. He determined that we (fortunately) did NOT have additional water damage or leaking, and so their services were not required. I had a sewer back up in my home. Contacted all pro and had someone ready to go the same night, they even reached out to my insurance company to help push through to start the clean up. Victor was the clean up and demo person, he was very very professional the entire time explained the process with after each day. Abraham and Preston were very professional. I like how Abraham was showing me what they look for in the walls as far as how the mositure looks behind the walls on camera. We never felt nervous as this company definitely knows what they are doing. Yeah, we had to stay in a hotel for a few days, but we trusted Abraham with the key to the condo. Abraham also kept in contact with us with pictures of progress and further information. Considering the circumstance for this work, it was pleasant. I will be using this service again in the future! All Pro is beyond and above any service of any kind that I've ever received anywhere. They came out within hours of my call and immediately upon arrival proved their knowledge and professionalism. We recently had a freeze event that resulted in a rather large amount of water damage at our home in the mountains. After calling another restoration company that didn't show, All Pro Restoration was recommended and I'm very pleased with the work they performed. Even though it was a weekend, they responded quickly and sent Victor out by himself for the first night to start to get the drying process going before more damage could result. Victor worked all night long before backup support arrived the next day. Jim was assigned as the Project Manager and the communication was exceptional throughout the entire restoration process that lasted over a month. Victor and Abraham are ultimate professionals. Victor did a free estimate of water damage, suggested I involve insurance because it was a "sewage" water issue, completed his estimate in a timely manner and got to work the same day. In water damage it is imperative to remove anything holding water (carpet, drywall, insulation, etc) as soon as possible in order to avoid mold and bacteria growth.

The entire time he was very respectful of our living space and personal property. When they removed one piece of drywall they had accidentally cut a power wire going to an outlet. He informed me immediately and got an electrician out to make the repair the next day. At the end of each day he explained what they had done, why they had to do it and what the plan was for the next day.
