I had an emergency, my basement had a leak and I needed help with the cleanup. Victor from all pro came over straight away and was able to be clear about the process and the estimate. I recommend All pro for basement flooding!

Dealing with our mold problem was stressful! All Pro's professionalism and extensive experience was very helpful. They removed all the mold contaminated wood, which was extensive, in the house we just bought. They were polite and responsive to our questions and concerns all during the process, which took several days. I now feel confident that the mold issue is behind us, and now we can move on to remodel our master bathroom.

Abraham and his crew did a great job. They came in and covered everything before they did their job. The next day Victor and a helper came in and cleaned everything up. The team did a great job. I would recommend them.

Great response time and great customer service

I had the pleasure of working with Domenic Lucero and his team when I needed urgent water extraction services. While I was waiting for an estimate from another company, Domenic arrived, took one look at the affected area, and immediately started a conversation about the scope of the work. Not only did he provide an estimate on the spot, but he also began the work that very day.

Time was critical, and Domenic was incredibly mindful of that. I was so relieved to see the work get started right away, as it effectively stopped further damage from the flooding. Domenic made the whole process easier to understand by explaining the physics behind what was happening and what steps were necessary to prevent more damage. His knowledge helped me feel more confident about the work being done, and I appreciated his integrity in both the service and communication.
