Victor and the all pro team were a God send in our time of crisis. Their prompt service and knowledge saved our family thousands when our basement flooded. I’m extremely grateful for their work but even more grateful for their kindness.

Excellent timely service done right the first time

I have been very impressed from the onset of this project with the responsiveness and work ethic of this company. They were quick to provide a written estimate and available to begin work immediately. They have made it easier to deal with a very stressful situation. I was referred to them by someone else who utilized their services so it appears their work ethic is sound.

We had a sink over flow that flooded our laundry room and leaked into the basement. I called All Pro and they answered the phone after 6 pm and came out the next business day and assessed the situation and demoed the area and brought fans to dry the room and followed up each day until everything was dry. We recommend them for any emergency restoration work!

AllPro was very responsive when we called and scheduled an appointment for us. We had one of AllPro's professionals, Victor Olivas, come out to inspect for mold on a carpet and bathroom in our basement. Very courteous and very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the areas. Fortunately we did not have mold but he did identify some water damage coming out of a shower and behind a baseboard next to the shower. We will do some minor remediation. Thanks for coming out to inspect

All Pro Restoration were amazing. They were very responsive and helpful; and reassured us constantly with their inspection and recommended solutions for our water damaged basement. If you ever need services for water damage I highly recommend Victor and his team!

Victor was amazing, he and his team went above and beyond and he took the time to explain everything as he worked. He worked diligently and took pictures to show us the progress after each day. His attention to detail was great, he pointed out other safety issues that needed attention. When our plumber came over to fix something that Victor noticed he let us know how great Victor's work was. Overall Victor made a stressful situation less stressful with his patience, kindness and work ethic. He takes pride in the work that he does and it shows in the finished product.
