Erica (office) and Dan (tech) were outstanding. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, above and beyond. Erica sounds young, but she exhibits old school customer service. My interactions with her left me so impressed, yet sad that her type of service is no longer the norm. Glad that Erica is out there reminding people what service looks and sounds like. Dan was great took pictures and took the time to explain what the pictures meant.

We weren’t getting proper airflow in the kitchen area so AirTime sent over a technician to perform a “Supply Flex Repair for Airflow”. Our technician, Roberto Alvira, arrived a half hour earlier than the scheduled time and immediately went to work. When he checked the way the ductwork was originally setup, he explained what was causing the issue, and how he can easily fix it for us. After work was completed, Roberto turned on the AC to test airflow, and we could feel a major difference in our kitchen and living room vents! We appreciated taking time to explain to us why we weren’t getting proper airflow beforehand and his very prompt, kind and professional service.
