9/12/2025 - Thanks to Vince Prano for correcting the horizontal plane angle of our Trane air handler so condensation flows properly out of the main condensation pan to the primary drain line and no longer overflows into the secondary pan.

9/10/2025 - Thanks to Garret Huey for re-working my Trane air handler’s drain line port from secondary to primary. The air handler’s drain line was hooked up to the secondary drain line port during the installation of the system.

9/8/2025 - Thanks to Josh Parsons and David for installing our new Trane 15 SEER 5 ton split system. High quality install after removing the old system. Josh took the time to explain my questions. Very pleased with all of the work they accomplished! Great work! Thanks again.

Airtime looked at what I needed accomplished and came up with a plan of action. They also gave me feedback on an item that wasn’t in the SOW. Much appreciated and professional.

Jacob Latin was our service technician this go around. He was awesome just like the others. Came out to do our annual inspection and service on two units as summer is almost behind us and getting us ready for the winter season and next year heat, these guys are great. They’re very efficient they come in. They take care of what needs to be done and they don’t try to sell you and nickel and dime you, I highly recommend Airtime cooling and heating. Jacob is a really good tech. We had an air handler with an intermittent problem (6 months) and he was able to figure it out. He took the time to figure it out, staying longer than I expected.

We've found our HVAC provider. Air Time has serviced our HVAC systems for the past three years. They are professional, on-time, thorough, fairly priced and excellent communicators. Now, if we could only find a plumbing service that meets all of these criteria!

I cannot recommend airtime cooling enough. I’ve been a highly satisfied customer for several years. Today I was helping my elderly neighbor who needed assistance. We called airtime cooling to see if they could come out and diagnose her issue. She purchased her unit from another provider that was not being helpful, but Garrett Huey from airtime cooling was on site at her residence in less than one hour from our phone call asking for an appointment. Garrett was amazing, got everything up and running. Showed us tips in case we run into the issue again. We could not be happier. With his education, job experience and positive attitude he did a very good job with my Trane Air conditioner. With additional work on replacing recently air filters. The unit runs so quiet like new, it was so noisy when on and off before. Thanks Garret for working in the attic on AZ temperature over 100 degrees to achieve an excellent job! Vince was very pleasant and we had a great conversation about all of the issues that we had and discussed all options we are very happy and excited to them to come back and help us.

One of our two AC units went out, so I called Airtime for repair. They came out within hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue, blower motor failure. We discussed repair options and given the current age of our system (18 years old), we decided to stop the bleeding and evaluate replacement options. Airtime quickly provided a recommendation and a detailed estimate for the project.

Given the size of the investment, we took the time to get three additional opinions, recommendations, and quotes. Ultimately, we were able to confirm that it made the most sense to bite the bullet and install a new heating/cooling system. All the bids suggested similar systems and were within a couple of grand of each other. We ended up going with AirTime's recommendation: two 5 ton variable speed units (Trane XR16 Multi Speed Condensers with Variable Speed Furnaces).
