AirTime heating and cooling did an excellent job installing a new heating and cooling system! Josh and his team were extremely efficient and did a great job! They were courteous, thorough and more than willing to answer any questions. When they finished the installation they did a thorough cleaning and the old system and parts was removed before they even left for the day. They went above and beyond in the installation process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in installing a new system. Very competitive pricing and Excellent customer service!

We recently had our AC go out, and received a number of quotes. AirTime had the best price so we chose them. The installation went fine, however, while moving the air handler in the hallway, it made a few scratches in our brand new floor. I pointed it out to the tech (Zander), and he immediately called his boss (Vince). They were very apologetic and promised to make it right. They contacted our flooring company, who then contacted me and had someone come out and fix the floor. This was done very quickly with constant communication from Vince with AirTime. The AC works great, and I appreciate the fact that they made good on their promise to also fix the floor was damaged. They will be at the top of our list the next time we need an AC or if anyone asks for a referral.

I reached out to them yesterday They have Jacob come out on the same day see what the problem was and he ordered the parts the next morning and was out that same day in my air conditioning is up and going within a 24 hour. Period. Wow!! Great response time great service their honesty is great! I trust them and I highly recommend them after My last experience two years ago they have always responded with honesty and integrity like I’ve said I will never use any other company after two other competitors big-name companies in the valley came out and told me I need a new full systems and they tried to sell me new systems when I didn’t need them from $32,000-$50,000. After a $330 install part my system is good to go. Airtime is my air conditioning company for as long as I’ll be around.
