I waited 3 months for Advanced Level Roofing to show up and complete my roof only to find that they have done damage to another portion of my roof that they told me they're incapable of repairing. The mess on my property as well as on both of my neighors' was never cleaned up and the damage to my brand new front porch was dismissed. I particularly enjoyed the patronizing speech from the lead of the roofing crew about how my chimney pipe which they stepped on and broke, leaving a sizable hole in my flat roof, was "like that when they arrived" and was not a chimney pipe, despite it leading to my old coal furnace. Not to worry - they assured me that the roof was definately completely sealed. The rain storm in my upstairs hallway tells a different story. I did like how the company worked a little bit of a deal for me.Also let me work out my own payment plan without having to get a loan and the timely manner of the work completed.The only thing I would recommend is more company representation physically communicating with the client as to what work was completed maybe more of a show and tell for clients that appreciate that more than looking at emailed pictures other than that you guys and the work is exceptional. Great working with this company to have our roof reshingle. The crew showed at 8 am and everything was done by 6 pm . The crew did an excellent job and once they were done ; were once everything was done it didn’t look like they weren’t there at all . The crew did a great job cleaning things up once completed. I was most impressed when they replaced some flashing on our house that had been dislodged after a wind storm.
He inspected it and went to 3 different companies to find just the right color and replaced it for us. Even though they do shingles, I was impressed with their willingness to do this for us

Cody and the crew did a good job replacing the roofs at 2 of my properties.
What I like is Cody always kept me informed when things go sideways. I know no job run perfect but we there was an issue Cody is on top of it. Example hard to reach places and things falling off the roof and breaking, Cody alway have solutions. Cleaning up can be better. Read more >
