I had met with two sales people way before the latest hailstorm. I was impressed by the steady follow-up from Andrew until and after the hailstorm.
I had actually done the inspection and insurance quote with another company and had almost given them a 50% advance.
Then Andrew contacted me again and gave me a better timeframe for the work to start and a lower cost. Such diligence is to be rewarded and I decided to give Andrew the contract. However after the contract was signed he seemed uninterested and too busy to keep in touch. That made me think of used car salesmen rubbing their hands in glee after they've sold someone a lemon.
Just being honest here.
As for the work done on the roof I am extremely happy.

The salesman Carter was fantastic at explaining everything to us. The materials were delivered fast and our roof was done within 2 weeks of ordering. Took a bit to get it completed to our standards, and scheduling was not as clear as we originally were told. After it was completed they came within 24 hrs to inspect it and fixed any concerns we had. The payment plan they offer made it affordable.

We thoroughly were pleased with the new roof that Advanced Level Roofing put on our home.
The two workers that came and worked on our roof was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and were very accurate in how long it would take to finish.
My neighbor across the street even commented that the roof looked great and that the workers were very quick and did a great job.
From the moment our salesman sold us in the roof and explained how it would all be till completion were were very pleased.

We recently had our roof done through these guys. The salesman Carter was amazing at explaining everything and took the time to help us pick out what color. Within a week, the materials were dropped off and shortly after our roof was done over a couple days. Only complaint we have is the installer did not come Initially the day we were told but they did come back when they said he would. The project manager Cody was really good at answering our questions everytime we called and got it sorted. Kudos to Carter who made the appropriate calls the day they finished to arrange the inspector to come as we wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Inspector was detailed and fixed any small issues that needed to be done. Overall we are happy with the roof and their payment plan made it possible to get our roof done.

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Level Roofing. The work was completed quick, and was done very well. Any questions I had were answered promptly.

Great group of people to deal with and explained everything step by step. Their price and quality of work was great! However, one thing that they went out of their way with and showed a great level of care, was when the roofers pulled up and saw that we had a 14 month old daughter, they said that they would put in the work to have it done in a day, in order to not disrupt her naps with the noise over two days, which they did. I really appreciated that because they didn't have to.

ALR was great to deal with. Answered all my questions and were able to get the job done in a timely matter. It had snowed day before they started but they were good at removing the snow and setting up the catch tarps. The snow made clean up a challenge but they put in extra effort to clean. Everyone was super friendly.
Note that after the job is done they send an inspector to ensure everything was done right which is a nice reassurance.
Would recommend.

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and great communication from initial quote to job completion.

The roofing team was in and gone in a day and a half, leaving no evidence they were here other than a quality shingle job.

Communication was great. From what I can see from the pictures the roof looks great. I have many angles on my roof so it’s not typical or easy and the workers were nothing but friendly, helpful, informative, and cautious with us going in and out of the house. The sales person that came to our door was honest and upfront which I appreciate. They accommodated my time frame and from what I see so far the clean up pretty good. I’d recommend advanced to my friends and coworkers.

The roof was done in a reasonable amount of time. They were very accomodating.

They were ok. There roofers left my satellite dish hanging over the edge, a piece on the dish was broken and had to get replaced. Thankfully it didn’t cost me anything, Advsnced did give me a discount for the inconvenience of having no satellite for a week.

Our roof was completed with in 2 days.
The Quality check was completed, with in a week of completion.

I would give 5 stars as everything was done in a timely fashion when it was said it would be done and cleaned up the yard after. When the neighbours house was done the next week, shingle rock/asphalt was left on our front deck/stairs to lower my review to 4 stars as we had to clean it up.

The workers were very professional and efficient and gave excellent work in installing my new roof. They also cleaned up afterwards including the use of a heavy duty magnet to pick up loose nails in the yard. Afterwards, they gave a picture report highlighting the finished product of the roof installation. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience right from the sales guy to the install crew to the inspector. Salesman Sean was great to talk to and willing to negotiate, install crew did a great job from protecting the yard with tarps and clean up was pretty good, only found a few nails. Inspector even did a second attempt of picking up nails with his magnetic sweeper. Would definitely recommend!

Advanced roofing guys were very nice and work is very good. I recommend this roofing company. Great job guys thank you!!
