ALR was great to deal with. Answered all my questions and were able to get the job done in a timely matter. It had snowed day before they started but they were good at removing the snow and setting up the catch tarps. The snow made clean up a challenge but they put in extra effort to clean. Everyone was super friendly.
Note that after the job is done they send an inspector to ensure everything was done right which is a nice reassurance.

The roofing team was in and gone in a day and a half, leaving no evidence they were here other than a quality shingle job.

Communication was great. From what I can see from the pictures the roof looks great. I have many angles on my roof so it’s not typical or easy and the workers were nothing but friendly, helpful, informative, and cautious with us going in and out of the house. The sales person that came to our door was honest and upfront which I appreciate. They accommodated my time frame and from what I see so far the clean up pretty good. They were ok. There roofers left my satellite dish hanging over the edge, a piece on the dish was broken and had to get replaced. Thankfully it didn’t cost me anything, Advsnced did give me a discount for the inconvenience of having no satellite for a week. Read more >

I would give 5 stars as everything was done in a timely fashion when it was said it would be done and cleaned up the yard after. When the neighbours house was done the next week, shingle rock/asphalt was left on our front deck/stairs to lower my review to 4 stars as we had to clean it up. Read more >

The workers were very professional and efficient and gave excellent work in installing my new roof. They also cleaned up afterwards including the use of a heavy duty magnet to pick up loose nails in the yard. Afterwards, they gave a picture report highlighting the finished product of the roof installation. I would highly recommend them! Read more >
