The guys showed up early, they were quick and got the job done. I had an antique piece of furniture that I was extremely nervous about moving and they took it apart, moved it and put put it back together with out issues. Big shout out to ACE RELOCATION! Thank you!!

Generally a positive experience. The crews did a great job — efficient and courteous. The biggest challenge was communication in advance of the move days to find out estimated windows of arrival. That could be improved. A few of my things were broken or missing.

My experience with Ace relocation was very good. They arrived on time to pick up the furniture. There was a slight delay in the delivery due to weather. But overall I'm very happy with the job they did and I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and relatives.

The before service was okay but I had to keep going back to the original guy that quoted me if I wanted answers or changes in a timely manner the coordinator was pretty useless to me. The people on both ends of the move were all great. Did their job and then some. The main issue I had was the after service for the damaged goods which was probably damaged cause they had to switch trucks. It’s been 3 weeks since my stuff was delivered and I’m still waiting for info on what they are going to do with my stuff they damaged. Meanwhile, I can’t use them. So overall that is my main issue with them.

I was very impressed with Ace throughout the entire process. Jennifer was great to work with and coordinated the move flawlessly. We have made multiple cross country moves and our driver Nate was the best that we have had. The crews he hired for packing/loading and unloading were true professionals. Everything was well cared for and his attention to detail was amazing. Moves are difficult, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again.

Ace did a great job. The packing and delivery went very smoothly. Cisco the foreman and driver was very professional . Only took two days for him to transport my things from Huntington Beach to Denver. Nothing was broken or lost. The crews showed up on time and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Everything was nice, with excellent service of packing, transportation and delivery except for how late I got my stuff (like 1.5 months after I messaged). I understand things were booked and so don't blame you (hence 4/5 star rating), but 1.5 months without desk/chair/bed made me unhappy :/

Great communication throughout the process. Our moving teams were top notch. The only small negative is that it wasn't clear to me how much time we had to edit items for our move. We ended up moving some items ourselves and when we shared that with our coordinator, she said it was too late. Our load ended up being nearly 3000 lighter than estimated (even though we did not move 3000 lbs of items) but we get no credit back for that.
