Ace Relocation Systems Los Angeles

I double-checked (right before choosing Ace AND a week before pickup) with Jennifer N and Jennifer A that delivery was planned for 9/1 and it would be delivered then, barring unforeseen circumstances like bad weather. Delivery turned out to be scheduled for 9/5. I had to change flights, costing extra ~$300. Awful way to start a new chapter of my life with rippling effects as I had to deal with unpacking when I had to focus on getting trained at my new work, affecting my productivity at work to this day b/c I couldn't go through all the training materials b4 I got busy with actual billable work

Best most courteous and competent moving experience I’ve ever had

I can say I am glad I hired Ace for my move. The day started out bad as one of the original workers was not allowed on base. I thought things were going bad then. Well around 1p 2 crews (7 people) showed up to do the move. They finished everything in 3hrs. It was great. They were in and out in no time at all. My only deal is I wish I would have got the 'unpack' package because I'm still unpacking boxes and have so much paper and cardboard boxes all over the house and in my garage. Don't know what to do with them. Other than that the workers were great! I highly recommend!!

ACE representative came and accsss my needs

My condominium ended up being a pain in the butt to work with. They scheduled my move and confirmed it, only to renege. I was worried that ACE would not be able to accommodate the building's craziness, but they did great. Nothing was an issue, and they accommodated all of my needs. The best moving company I have worked with, which has been many.

I didn’t love Ace because you billed me $3k above my estimate without explanation.

ACE Relocation offered incredible service during our move. Everyone was incredibly professional and thorough. The entire process happened exactly as it was described. Our mover, Carlos, offered incredible service. He did an excellent job communicating with us, scheduling pick up and delivery, as well as handling all our items with care and respect. We highly recommend him and ACE.

I had the best experience with Ace Relocation. I had never hired movers before, and I never could have imagined everything would go so smoothly. From the person who came out to give me an estimate to the people who did the actual move, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable.
