Best most courteous and competent moving experience I’ve ever had

I can say I am glad I hired Ace for my move. The day started out bad as one of the original workers was not allowed on base. I thought things were going bad then. Well around 1p 2 crews (7 people) showed up to do the move. They finished everything in 3hrs. It was great. They were in and out in no time at all. My only deal is I wish I would have got the 'unpack' package because I'm still unpacking boxes and have so much paper and cardboard boxes all over the house and in my garage. Don't know what to do with them. Other than that the workers were great! I highly recommend!!

ACE representative came and accsss my needs

My condominium ended up being a pain in the butt to work with. They scheduled my move and confirmed it, only to renege. I was worried that ACE would not be able to accommodate the building's craziness, but they did great. Nothing was an issue, and they accommodated all of my needs. The best moving company I have worked with, which has been many.

Our mover, Carlos, offered incredible service. He did an excellent job communicating with us, scheduling pick up and delivery, as well as handling all our items with care and respect. ACE Relocation LA proved stellar on both ends of my move. Jeannine Domingue started the process efficiently walking me through the process, visiting, and inventorying all items. She made me very comfortable that Ace was the correct company to handle my move to Texas. The Ace movers who packed were on time, friendly, and very competent. On the backend, for unloading, the Ace movers were again generally outstanding. They placed furniture and boxes where I directed moving items quickly and professionally. We started our move overseas with an international partner relocation firm that shipped a crate of our possessions to Los Angeles where they were that were warehoused for nearly a year in the US, then moved with our American household goods to a small island in the Pacific Northwest. Several items needed to be crated. Ace personnel took care to pack and wrap carefully, inventory thoroughly and communicate transparently. We were extremely pleased

I loved my move by Ace Relocation for the following reasons:
1) they provided a realistic quote and actually came under their quoted price,
2) they kept me informed as to where the delivery truck was consistently,
3) they made the delivery on time, and
4) the delivery team was professional, friendly and made the delivery experience fun and enjoyable.

Ace relocation was great and I'd use them again for my next move. I had a small local move and they were very communicative throughout the move from the time that I reached out to the day of the move.

I looked at different moving companies and ultimately what made me go with them was the ability for me to show them on my phone exactly what they would be dealing with and what they would be moving. Other companies it was just a phone call so I felt more comfortable that the quote I received was the most accurate, which indeed was the case.
