We had an amazing experience with Ace relocation. Jimmy and Freddie were the best! They handled our items with care, helped relieve the stress of moving day, and even helped lay out our furniture in our new home in a beautiful way. I had been scared off by a couple of moving experiences in the past but Ace was terrific! They provided us an accurate estimate, a great crew, and top notch customer service. My move took 3 days. Day 1 - packing, Day 2 - loading, Day 3 - delivery. The guys were punctual for each day. They were gentle with my items and everything was packed very thoroughly. Everything arrived as intended. George Jr. oversaw the packing and delivery process and Amanda was my overall move coordinator. Malachai was my first point of contact. George Sr and Aaron (sp?) were my other packers. Everyone was incredibly nice. I have zero complaints. AND...the initial quote was my final payment. No surprise charges! I would definitely recommend Ace Relocation to my friends and family. Thanks everyone!
